Mark shaw is a joke for a owner operator. Food temperatures are not their concern. Dont even bring it to their attention, or you will be banned, like me, after beings served a 93° steak. Sorry, I dont eat meat that is colder then my skin. (God knows how long it wasnt at the correct temperature.) After informing the manger on duty the steak was cold, Paco, I believe is his name, told me it should be 110°. So I had him test it, 93°. So then he tells me about how I can eat it raw, its fine. What about the 110° its supposed to be? Paco immediately started screaming about his extensive culinary school training (hahahahahahhaaha, yep thats why you work at the golden corral) and threatening to call the cops. (I dont no on what, himself?!?) He even made himself a barrier between me and my 3 children at one point, and then followed us four out the front door yelling about calling the cops on us the whole time. At the front door he immediately got into my husbands face, calling him a p*ssy and other names while begging him to hit him, Yep! all that was done by the manager. So their response?!? Conveniently, they have no surveillance video. Magically, the other employees that had to pull Paco out of my husbands face and then apologized to us and told us exactly who to call and report what happened to - one was out of town and the two others dont speak English. Mark Shaw never investigated anything, he is fine with his managers actions. If he did investigate the situation, he would know I have 3 kids and not 2, like he stated. Save your money and eat at Ryans!!!! Still havent received the refund he supposedly sent almost 2 months ago!!!! Lies lies lies!!

Yesterday my family and I decided we were going to have our Christmas dinner at golden corral. Weve been eating there since I can remember. Upon my arrival at 5pm I got my younger sister to come outside and assist me with my 2 older children. She walked up to the exit and the MOD stopped her but she still walked inside. I came walking behind her with my youngest in tow. Just trying to get sonewhere to change him. This man stopped me at the door and said were closed. I say my family is already in there. He says idk what to tell you were closed. Already having had a bad time at wal Mart I was livid. So i walk the building to find my family through a window. I fail and tell this man Im already paid for to which he responded with a patronizing okay you can go in. My mother and grandfather were already sitting down. I greet them nd they go to pay (I didnt know they hadnt paid) the man decided to make the same commenta to my mother. He gave her hell and she comes back and explains that they are having a dinner party nearly an hour and a half after our arrival!!!! We decided on a refund to which the man also gave us hell for. My mother proceeded to wish him a merry f-ing Christmas and leave with refund in hand. Needless to say we wont be going back and i will be contacting corporate tomorrow.

This is a very well run restaurant. The staff is friendly and the food is all high quality ingredients and ts cooked, prepared and monitored well and given a lot of attention. Of all the Golden Corrals Ive been to, Id say this one is the best managed. If youve never eaten at Golden Coral, youll be surprised at the variety and the choices you have. They have one of the best salad bars in town. It even includes lots of fresh fruit. The desserts are fantastic. The Banana Pudding really does taste just like the homemade Banana pudding I grew up with. The entree choices often include Steak, Salmon, Shrimp, Catfish and even Ribs and Prime Rib. Theres even a Mexican food section. One last thing is the price. This is not a cheap place to eat, but its amazing that they can serve the expensive entree choices they offer for the price they do. You can bring the whole family and everyone will be happy and you can still afford it! Try cooking the same things at home for this price! You cant! Oh- One more thing - They have the BEST FRIED CHICKEN and the BEST PIZZA in town! Who would have guessed that!

Always satisfied with this location. Food and service both. My husband and I just took our children to eat here for dinner again tonight and our waitress was Maria C. She was very kind and was quick to remove our dishes and fill our cups. Also, John in the grillhouse is such a sweet man and always helpful. Ive had him stop and talk to me on a few occasions. Before I left tonight I wanted to talk to a manager to give positive feedback. I walked up to a lady who was sweeping the floor and asked for a manager. She smiled and said she was a manager and asked how she could help me. Lorena was just as kind as everyone else we have encountered there and was happy to hear all the good things we had to say. I definitely recommend this location and Im confident enough to say you will leave happy as well.

The food selection and quality is very good. Fairly pricy. It was rather busy when we went so I must say the staff did a good job with keeping up with everything. A special thank you to our waiter, Ronnie. He was extremely polite as he always addressed everyone by their first name. Ill say this is the first time Ive ever experienced this. Great job, Ronnie! The only negative - outside of the business, to the right, atop a flag pole, flys a faded and torn American Flag. PLEASE retire this flag and replace her.

This is by far one of the best Golden Corals I have had the pleasure of dining at. The restaurant itself is clean, and the staff greets you with a friendly smile. Never once have I gone to this location and had food that was old or cold. The staff makes sure to keep the food lines clean and the food stocked. The waitresses remove plates and refill drinks for my family and I in a timely manner. Great Management, and Great Teamwork!

To begin with your manager asked me a woman if I was 60 or older and Im nowhere near that age. I brought it to the attention of the female cashier giving him the opportunity to apologize in some manner and he never did. The food was awful the quality the temperature everything of it. The lettuce was yellow with the okra was called the shrimp was called the steak was tough. What a terrible dining experience!

I love golden corral. They have anything and everything. I come here as much as I can. One down side though... they stop serving the butter rolls when you get to your table. Now they leave them on the hot bar. And everytime I pick up a roll its hard on the bottom. But other than that Golden Corral is an amazing place to have a family dinner. The choices and options are Limitless.

I like Golden Corral in my home state, but this particular location was VERY clean compared to the establishment that I frequent. They have a good selection and a great salad bar which I like! It can be a little pricey, but not bad for an all you can eat buffet of its size. Breakfast , and dinner are both good here.
