This is the second time in two weeks visiting this First Watch location in Hendersonville. This morning on September 13th I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by the hostess who sat me in I believe Alexs section. I wouldnt know her name because I sat there for 10-15 minutes without even being acknowledged as she walked right by me looking DIRECTLY AT ME. I figured my first experience was just a mistake so I gave it another try. I ended up walking out and as I did other people were seated. They were IMMEDIATELY assisted unlike I was. I am not one to write reviews but this had to be addressed. I could understand if they were extremely busy but they were not. Ill keep my business at the First Watch location in Hermitage.

My wife and I have eaten brunch here about 5 times now and have been given consistently good service and have had good food each time. The only issue we have experienced is the cold air coming in the front door when it is cold outside can make the the front half of the store very chilly when it is cold outside. I would recommend bringing gloves and a good jacket if it is cold outside just in case you are seated in the front. That being said, the food is above average for a chain restaurant and the service has been great every time.

I tried First Watch for brunch on their 2nd day of business and I loved their menu an health, locally grown, with cage free egg menu options! My waitress was friendly and down to earth. The atmosphere was cool, clean, relaxing, and very inviting. I tried one of the traditional breakfast platters that came with two eggs, sausage or bacon and your choice specialty pancake. I chose the banana granolara crunch pancake that waa served with a bottle of sweet warm to touch 100% maple syrup. Its worth a try!

Tried this for the first time and loved it. My eggs Benedict florinetine was fabulous, super fresh, poached eggs were perfect and the ciabatta bread was excellent. My husband loved his omlet, "the works", again, all fresh with a nice presentation. Overall, very pleased. Open and airy, clean, and unique decor and the menu is very organized and specific. Will definitely be back.

My family and I just left around noon on a Sunday and we are thrilled with this place. Amazing service!!! Tanna is a great server. The food was outstanding. My fiance is extremely picky and he was extremely happy with this place. From the time we walked in until the time we left service was great! A new favorite of ours cant wait to come back and try the lunch :)

Great service, but Im not really sold on the food so much. The chile chorizo omelet I got this weekend had very little meat in it and honestly was not very flavorful. It was more avocado than anything else. The best thing on the plate was the roasted potatoes. Its also expensive for what you get, so I wouldnt be inclined to eat here very often.

Food is mediocre at best. My fiance asked for no onions and they said they were mixed with the potatoes and could not be removed so to me that days it was probably frozen. I liked this location when it was the egg and i. I will say the service was much better than the hermitage location.

Usually pay happy with the foods and service, but our last visit featured a very questionable salad and very inattentive waitress. The classic eggs Benedict have a tomato and use deli sliced ham, which is really weird and not as good as a true eggs Benedict.

AMAZING! The food is SO GOOD, so fresh, and healthy! I had the Cobb with no Bleu cheese and was blown away. Ive eaten there almost everyday now. The Roast beef sandwich is by far the best I have ever had! A definite go to for the health conscious and foodies

Meh. My experience was underwhelming at best. As a first time customer, I was hoping for "Another Broken Egg" but this was more like IHOP or Bob Evans. Service was also really slow. Save your money and go down the road to Cracker Barrell.

Love this place. The food is so fresh, great presentation and we may have met the nicest waitress on the planet. I enjoyed the Frittata Rustica and my Mom had the spinach and avocado Eggs Benedict. Try one of their famous juices too!

The service wasnt anything to write home about. Every table had water but ours and we had to ask for it twice before we got some. My food didnt come out exactly as i had ordered it, but it was definitely tasty!

Located in the former Egg & I location, First Watch is off to a good start. My wife and I tried different meals, and both were great. Ingredients appeared to be first rate, and the prices are pretty reasonable.

Really really good food, but expect to wait a long time to get it. 10-15 minutes for your drinks, another 45 minutes for your food. Will try again in a few months to see if they have the kinks worked out.

The food was delicious. But if your looking for fried foods with plenty of greese, go to waffle house, because there was nothing shy of an artisan style meal. Expect to be paying for the quality tho.

Short wait on Sunday morning. Fast service. Grits just ok but eggs, toast, and potatoes excellent. Lots of great breakfast selections on menu. Hard to decide but a good problem to have.

Great breakfast place! The fresh juices and million dollar bacon were big hits. Ingredients were high quality and very fresh. Fast and friendly service to boot!

Good food, good service .., but the cook needs to learn how to cook an omelette. Eggs should not be brown and crispy especially on the inside of an omelette.

Had the salmon eggs Benedict. Fresh and delicious!! Lemon pancakes are amazing too. A bit crowded in terms of the tables and seating.

Not a fan...I liked Egg & I better. Service is decent, but the food is inconsistent and overpriced.

I loved it. They have an allergy menu, as well. I got a hash without cheese. It was really tasty.
