Share review Embed review Edit review 1.0 star rating 6/2/2017 Very bad manager . I come thru your drive thru every night . I have for the last 3 years . I work at a nearby pizza delivery . I ordered 2 chicken soft tacos last night 6/01 and I specifically asked for no lettuce on the order . I called up there and since the manager on duty remembered me coming thru she said just pick it up tonight . So when I got off work I went there and ordered my usual soft taco cheese only, nachos and cheese and 2 chicken soft tacos cheese that they messed up on that I was just talking about from the night before . The manager comes and asks for a receipt . I tell her I called . There should be a note left . They said tell us we will straighten it out . I said ok . So she just insists that I must have the receipt . I say .They said to tell you . I said its me Chris the pizza guy . I come thru here every night . She makes it out like I am trying to get free food . I have come thru there so many times since that store has opened that you have been thru like 5 managers that I know of . The girl running the window even recognized me . You need to help her with customer service . You never argue with good customers. I also just bought more food that is ridiculous . Last time I will go there .

This is by far the poorest managed Taco Bell I have entered encountered. The employees are a resemblance of either terrible management or corporate oversight. Ive attempted to give them my business several times over the course of 6 months and each time has proven to be worse than the first. It doesnt matter if its ordering through the drive-thru or going in, medium food temperatures, food presentation, and overall lack of quality customer interaction. Ive written corporate and called the number listed to voice my concerns. Ive received no response. It should be closed down. I dont kind driving further down Main Street which is where I am now typing this message. #Disappointed

Honestly just the absolute crappiest Taco Bell ever. Always closing at random times.. cant get any order right EVER and total jerks.. Slipped and sprained my left ankle there a year ago bc they were trying to rush me to close and didnt put a sign up that they had mopped. Then, ppl behind the counter just laughed. Filed a report with manger that took forever... Ill probably sue. And now after these people being so rude tonight .. just HAD to make this review. Hope everyone there is fired. Bc there is definitely something really wrong with this place..

Severely understaffed or just horribly mismanaged. Waited over 30 minutes for a dine-in order, just to have three items made incorrectly. The manager had them remade, but the beef was cold even in the remade food. While we were there they locked the doors so no more customers could come inside and at least one customer drove off from the drive thru. This Taco Bell is in a convenient location, especially after baseball games, but this was the third or fourth time that weve experienced extremely long waits.

Absolutely awful customer service , corporate doesnt care . Management sucks . Employees are the most unfriendly people . Always closing at random times kicking people out of lobby because they want to close. Thats should not be allowed whatsoever ! I have worked in food and retail and that would never fly . They have served my food in the drive through upside down in the bag so it spilled the second I took it out.Do not recommend to anyone!

Worst place ever. Drive thru out to the Home Depot parking lot. Went inside and people waiting 15 mins. Orders wrong. They lost one guys order completely. One lady asked for refund and left. One of the taco makers had to go on break for 12 mins in front of everybody. DO NOT GO TO INDIAN LAKE TB. I will NEVER eat at another one. Does not deserve even one star.

Management sucks!!!! Customer service sucks!!! Every time I go there the order is wrong. They never busy because most of Hendersonville knows that location sucks ass!! Taco Bell is my Favorite restaurant my whole life. I wish they would get rid of entire roster. Hopefully if enough loyal TB customers like myself complain. Corporate will eventually listen.

It ALWAYS takes forever at this drive thru. Every time I go here, it takes about 5 mins per car. Considering that it always takes that long per car, there is always a line. So, if you plan on going to this drive thru, expect a fairly long wait. Food is fine but the drive thru needs to be worked on.

It is Thursday night at 8:31 PM and the Taco Bell dining room is closed. I can see two employees inside having their meal and a few others behind the counter lady named Brooke came in let one gentleman in and lock the door back She said it was a management decision to keep the dining room closed

I gotta agree with everyone else - this Taco Bell is the slowest TBell that I have ever been to. Im a die hard TB fan so I visit regularly and this location is always as slow as Christmas. The staff is unapologetically slow. Again, if you are in a hurry, dont even try bc it is that slow.

I would give less than a one, but thats not an option. Twice did I have to go back and forth to get the right order, both times they were wrong. Wasted time, wasted money, needs new employees. Dont waste your time with incompetent people that cant comprehend simple tasks.

The wait for food was a joke. We did receive our food for 30 minutes or more. I asked for a manager. He commented that our order had already been filled. I told we had receive it yet so where did it go. I will not ever come back to this place. They have poor service.

If I had to rate the speed of service on a scale from snail to cheetah, it would probably be somewhere around turtle with 2 missing legs. The employees Ive seen are unprofessional hooligans, and Id say its just about time to clean house. Disappointing.

Unapologeticly slow was described by another customer, they were right, this location just doesnt get it, dirty floor, they gave me my food on a dirty tray and just dropped the tray on the counter. WTH?

IT DOES NOT EVEN DESEVE ONE STAR! Horrible cannot even describe a SPIDER being in your food! If you need fast food never go to Taco Bell!
