The food is always excellent at Penn Station. But, the customer service at this location is poor. On two separate occasions we went there and the person taking our order was rude. Another employee was sitting in a booth with his friends being loud and obnoxious; and earlier running through the store while customers were present. If the food was not so good we would not be visiting this location again.

Great staff, friendly service. I love the philly cheesesteak sandwich here. Of course, if you get that you have to get fries and a lemonade to go with it, so the price makes it something of a treat but definitely worth it. (about $12 for a 10" philly, medium fresh fries, and a fresh lemonade) I recommend this place if youre looking to go somewhere for lunch thats definitely a cut above the average.

The "slim shady" workers will mess up your sandwich. All I asked for was a club with ONLY meat and specifically said NO CHEESE because I am lactose intolerant. I get home trusting the workers would make my sandwich correctly. The sandwich had cheese AND everything else I didnt want... Either dont go here or watch them make your sandwich

I tired to call in a carryout order and got pit on hold. I eventually had to hang up because I could hear people whistling in the background, but noone was answering the phone. I waited for 6 minutes before hanging up. Then tried to call back and got a busy signal.

Jersey family now in Fishers, IN and our first visit. Fries were outstanding. I wish the sandwiches we ordered had more meat on them. Otherwise, the food was fresh, the employees were pleasant and the restaurant was clean.

They forgot an order of medium fries in our order the other night, I went in & they made it right immediately. They also gave me a gigantic order of fries. Which we could not finish. But I appreciate what they did.

They seem to have changed their closing time to 9:30 or 9:40pm. Multiple times I have tried to get a sandwich after my workout and they were already closed. Totally disappointed!!

I recommend the Italian Sausage with honey mustard! Also the cookies and sweet tea are great! Another recommendation: get the fresh cut fries extra crispy!
