Right now the only reason this place got a two was because the food is excellent, but Im quite upset with being told there was no call ahead seating. We dont go out to eat very often anymore die to our children being young and impatent, so waiting any more than 30 minutes leads to half way through the meal packaging our dinners and leaving. I wanted to call ahead for 7 as we usually do when going out to any place and they tell me, sorry reservations are for 8 or more. I explained to her how we had young children and she simply said Im sorry we just dont do it yet but will in about a month or so....okay I guess we will take our business elsewhere. Which I am extremely disappointed as the whole family loves olive garden and is our choice when we do get to go out. I guess our occasional dinner out will have to be spent hopefully finding our new favorite place :(

Came here last night, dont usually got to Olive Garden but we had a $25 gift card and didnt feel like cooking. Last time I was at an Olive Garden was 2-3+ years ago and I remembering it being sub-par. Service was good (felt a little rushed) but to counter this the waitress was attentive and didnt want us waiting - we just werent in the mood to rush and wanted to take our time. Beer came out after the salad and soup which was a little annoying as I would have like to have had a drink first. Main courses were average and nothing special. Tomatoes in the salad looked old but the soup was good. We pretty much only came here for the unlimited soup and salad. Without that its way over priced for the quality of food. I have to admit that this was better than my last Olive Garden experience but I wouldnt come back to an Olive Garden looking for decent Italian food.

Ive been here several times now, and the service has always been fantastic. The only "downside" to the level of service here is that they are really good at up-selling. However, this last time I went I had a whole different look at the menu, because Im on a low-fat (specifically saturated fat) diet, not because Im loosing weight, but because of digestive issues. I ended up ordering the Shrimp Scampi, and I was really, really disappointed. This was the most flavorless thing Ive ever had a Olive Garden. The shrimp was also peeled very poorly, so poorly that I was pulling pieces of skin out of my mouth with every single piece of shrimp I ate. And the asparagus in the scampi was very, very tough and stringy. So, if youre looking for the lighter options, avoid the scampi. Really not worth the $15 at all, and Im sad that I wasted my gift card on it.

If I could I would give this establishment 0 stars. My family and I were seated by the hostess and it took 30 mins before we were asked for drinks (and not by a waiter but by the hostess because there was no server who would take our orders). It took another ten minutes to get our drinks and then finally a server took our order. The couple across from us waited an hour for breadsticks.. Then when our food came out it was in poor quality and when we all began to eat every plate tasted as if it were cooked in dirty bath water. The pasta almost had a sand texture to it and now we all are home with terrible stomach aches. This place has gone down hill. Absolutely terrible. Very disappointed and will not ever be returning.

I placed a simple to-go order and was told to wait 30 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant to get my to-go order and the bartender greeted me. He was quite pleasant. He called someone on the phone after looking at the bags on the counter. He said he could take my payment and then it would be just a few minutes. 15 minutes later, a woman came out from the back and looked me up on the computer, I told her that I already paid, and she grabbed a bag from the counter that had been there the ENTIRE time I was waiting. I said that if I wished I had known it was sitting right in front of me the whole time. My food was cold. Im not sure it this was an issue of miscommunication or what but I was greatly dissapointed.

Had a wonderful lunch because of a couple of Great Waiters. Service was much better than we have experienced at any other place. Waiters, Braden & David did an extremely great job with our overloaded table of twelve, (12). We had 10 women and 2 men, from Marion, IN to Atlanta Ga, ate, spent over a couple hours reuniting family experiences and enjoying our lives. Our family Thanks Olive Garden and waiters for an outstanding, enjoyable time and food. Mike S.

Slow to refill all you can eat soups. Told us all you can eat soup and salad was $6.99 then charged us $8.99. When we questioned her she sent the manager who said it had changed a month ago. Didnt offer to correct the price or apologize. I said wet should get the price they told us. Finally corrected it. Still no apology. That goes a long way with me.

We came here for my birthday. The server Mike was the best server ever. The food was hot, delicious, and fresh. The drinks were never empty. Mike was kind and timely. The manager was very impressive. This was the best experience ever here. They even sang to me. Thank you Olive Garden in Noblesville I will never forget it!

I normally hate Olive Garden, but after the experience I had when I came in last week, I cant recommend any Italian restaurant in the area other than this Olive Garden. My server David completely blew my mind. Could not have asked for better service. Turned a seldom customer into a regular. Thank you David.

Dirty. It used to be clean, but not like any other Olive Garden, last 3 visits the table were not clean, it seemed that they didnt wipe them well. One time there was ants on our table. 6 months ago it was as good as any other Olive Garden

Love eating here. There is usually a wait but its totally worth it. I usually order the unlimited salad and breadsticks. The salad is my absolute favorite and the zuppa Toscana soup is awesome. Great food and great atmosphere!

Awesome food sweet & friendly staff. I went with the family it was very busy we wait a little they give us like a timer 15 minutes waiting. After we sit we order the food the service was fast and the food was delicious.

The wait staff is very friendly. However, this particular Olive Garden is very loud. Its great for families with kids, but not so great for quiet conversation.
