Jamie doesnt know what shes talking about. every time I have gone in there it is fast and friendly. Usually they have them done in about 4-6 minutes. I love the food and the people are awesome. Now I will say however I have seen rude customers come in and well they usually sit there for a while longer. So in all actuality be a decent human being and order your food and they will be extremely kind to you.

I have had good and some terrible experiences at this Penn Station. All of my bad experiences were directly related to poor customer service. HOWEVER, assuming that you get decent enough customer service to get your correct order, the sandwiches Ive had are pretty tasty. Their fries are good too. They are never very fast, so dont expect to be in and out in less than 15 minutes on a to-go order.

Took at least 25 minutes to get my food on this wondeful Sunday. While in line i noticed an associate cutting bread and handling toppings with his bare hands. Made the comment asking if hes suppose to be wearing gloves his response was not on this side of the line. Disgusting

Toilet was broken, credit card machine didnt work, ice machine was broken, customers were cleaning their own tables, get the picture? Sub sandwich was good but this place needs management attention.

Theyre hit and miss here. Some times its good. Last time I was there my steak on my steak n cheese was chewy. It was also over loaded with onions.
