This particular restaurant had the familiar dirty-carpet-order when you walked in. Next was the scent of too much deodorizer being used to mask the foil odor. Our party was told 10 minutes, with 4 other parties already waiting. After 20 minutes no party before us had moved. After I asked what the true wait would be, reminding the hostess the 10 minutes-estimate had long past, and even far-longer for the other parties, things got moving. Seated at the table, I noticed my table service was greasy and smudgy. With the amount of bacteria growing around many kitchens, this was grossly unacceptable. I requested new service and was brought another service as dirty as the first. Instead of asking for another, I decided to take my tableware to the mens room and wash it myself. I dont know how this kitchen is being run, but I imagine there is little regard for health and safety. Dine at your own risk.

Love the atmosphere here and the food is wonderful. If I had to pick what my favorite part about my dining experience here. I would have to say my server Annalee made my visit awesome. Rarely do you find a server who treats you as if you were her dad or grandma. Because of the way she serves I will definitely be back to eat here. If you get a chance to recommend her section, you should do it, best server ever!!!

Kirby was our server tonight for my wifes birthday dinner and he gave me confidence that customer service is still very much alive ! Kirby was polite, he was on task the 90 minutes we were there and checked back many times and this man should not go unnoticed as this type of customer service just does not happen very often!Thank you Kirby for being a major contributor to a great birthday dinner for my wife

We are from Texas visiting family ... the food was great, just like weve been accustomed to at any Olive Garden, but the stand out was our waiter ... Danny Rosier ... very professional yet very personable. OG should be happy they have him on board -- and give the man a raise!
