if I could give this place a "no star" rating after the terrible service I received last night I would but 1 star is the lowest I can give so thats what they get. I walked in at 9:10p and they had next to nothing available to eat, when the girl at the counter (who was less than friendly or interested) asked what I wanted, I asked when they would have some fresh food available and she basically said "tough $h!T, we are closing soon, to which my reply was the door says 10p, to which her reply was "tough $h!t, we are closing at 9:30", to which my reply was "its only 10 minutes after 9p. Her reply was the same. The guy that walked in after me was thoroughly put off by the terrible service too and one of the customers that was sitting down already eating asked me what the girl behind the counter said and I told him and he said that he got the same $h!tty service as well when they walked in at 9p. Unless your going in at prime time I would avoid this place at all cost, but im just one guy, I could be wrong!!! Doubt it, but I could be.

Just ate at this place two days ago with my husband. I am still deathly ill! I got horrible food poisoning from their food. I dont normally write reviews but I will say I felt a need to for this. I shouldve known better being that they keep all their food under heat lamps. Clearly they arent keeping up with what is safe as far as how long food can be kept. Even when they made fresh lo mein it was terrible. I wasted time money and devoted a whole weekend to being sick. Thanks Panada Express for the tons of unneccessary bathroom trips. My advice dont go here they dont care about your food or well being. Sorry for the punctuation not showing up it isnt working correctly.

Ordered online, asked if teriyaki sauce was in the packages, I was told yes. Got home, there was no sauce. Icemaker was not working when I picked up my pop, was told by employees verbatim: "Sorry, the ice machine has been kind of finicky lately, theres nothing we can do, sorry!" Unbelievable, by the time I left the store my pop was already flat. What a waste of money. Food was old and dry by the time they could be bothered for my online pickup, coupled with the lack of any kind of sauce... I kid you not, Im going to feed this food to my dog and go to McDonalds instead.

Went there last night with 20mins before it was closing and the ran out of noodles and asked if there going to make any more and they said no because they didnt want to fire up the grill anymore... You would think they would make more of the main course before it they close, also it would be nice if they clean up after the close not while people are still walking on to order stuff.

We came here to get some lunch, which we usually have a good experience. Both me and my wife ordered teriyaki chicken and the guy said the sauce would be about two minutes behind, in which we said no problem! Well we have sat here for 10 minutes and have not received our sauce and our food is getting cold. WORSE PANDA EXPRESS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!

My kids love this place. My wife and I think its okay. The Orange Chicken is their claim to fame but it always seems to be inconsistently prepared. Sometimes its tender and delicious, other times it is chewy and tough. I also find their food to be overpriced. The employees have always been friendly and helpful.

Nice service, good food. As long as you know its not a high end Asian restaurant, you should enjoy it. It is clean and they let you sample whatever you want. The customer service is good...they were pleasant and we enjoyed our visit.

No entrees except two and they were left overs. Very dry. They offered to make what ever I wanted but would take 10 minutes. With a 30 minute lunch not an option . Bad all together

Why do I keep coming back? I always expect the food to be better than it actually is. Battered entrees are gloopy, stir fries are oily, chow mein noodles are dry.
