Good food, great service! I would have given them 5 stars but they allow this panhandler who fakes being deaf to come in and pass out this little fake photocopied handout about him being deaf and please donate. Not only is this an annoyance, but many in the restaurant feel intimidated by him. He is running a scam! My son is hearing impaired and works in the robotics field. My good friends sister is totally deaf and is a nurse. This Waffle House should not allow this guy to shake down customers like this!

I have to say Ive been to many Waffle House across Tennessee and this one was the best. It was extremely busy but we got a seat quickly and had the best waitress ever and her name was Kim. She was very friendly with a smile and my coffee never got cold! It was pleasant and the team looked very organized and everyone was doing their part without a lot of yelling out orders like Ive herd at so many other Waffle House restaurants. Waitress was busy correcting me on large order or 1 1/2 order of bacon. Asked to hold waffle til after food got undercooked waffle first then bacon, 15 min later got food. Waffle and bacon cold and eggs not fried done, missing 1/2 pc of toast. Brought to table after finished eating and was so cold butter would not melt. First time I been to waffle hse in 5-6 yrs for the same reasons. Wont be back.

Not good service sucked, tables not cleaned with no customers. Food was not cooked like it was ordered. Cooked onions for about 30 seconds, when asked for precooked onions. Sandwich was NO ONIONS, it came with onions. Server actually question is when we asked for mayo with a patty melt.

I wish they would answer the phone for Togo orders.... always goes to answering machine saying they are busy assisting other customers but when you get there they are never doing anything but standing outside smoking

The waitress spoke so fast and got my order wrong and then told me that I didnt say what I said. And then was really rude about it. I was really nice to her and properly talked about me. Really rude service.

The specialize in hash browns but they never cook mine right. I always have to send them back even though I tell them well well done they are only crispy on the outside and the center is mushy.

Sat at the only table that was available next table over was alot of dirty dishes and the floor was dirty ordered eggs and had alot of egg shells in it. Stuff is very unprofessional

Love,love,love this Waffle House. So friendly, food was served hot and fast. We ate off the $5 dollar menu and had a waffle, eggs and a drink for that price.
