I LOVE Panda Express. This location however..... wish I could give this location a negative review. First, We order at 9 pm a two entree platter and a side of noodles. We get our food fairly quickly and it was warm. Went home and proceeded to eat my Orange chicken from the entree plate and the side of noodles. The Orange chicken was good. The noodles were very very dry and tasted like they had been on the warmer forever. After dinner I became very sick and ended up in the bathroom all night and all the next morning. My Husband ate the Black Pepper Chicken, or tried to eat, and the other side of noodles. He took one bite of the black Pepper chicken and had to spit it back up. My husband loves seasoning and we have had the black pepper chicken before at other locations and loved it. But this chicken tasted like salt. I tasted like chicken shaped bites of pure salt. My husband never ate his chicken and we went into the store today to get a refund not instore credit since this was our first and last visit to this panda express. So we went in and asked to see the manager So secondly, the manager comes up to us with a smile and asks what is wrong. We told her that the black pepper chicken tasted so strongly of salt we couldnt eat it and the Orange Chicken and noodles confined me to the bathroom all night and all morning. We never expected to be treated they way we were. She said that if the chicken was so bad she wouldve had a bunch of upset customers flooding the store which she didnt, and it wasnt burnt so it mustve been fine and we just didnt know what were talking about. Then she said if we disliked it so well why did we eat so much of the pepper chicken. We said we didnt my husband spit the very first piece he tried back out and the peice I tried was very tiny. She said that wasnt a full portion size and I said minus my peice that is what we recieved. Then she proceeded to tell us that a manager rang us up last night to the portions were perfect. We said we never had an issue with the portion size, it was the food itself. Basically she continued to argue with us it caused a scene and saying we didnt know food, that all the panda expresses got their sauce from the same place. She was condescending, patronizing, and very rude. I told we had eaten black pepper chicken before at other panda expresses and loved it and that we just wanted our money back. We finally got our money back and asked for the corporate number. She gave us an incorrect number so that we couldnt even call corporate. Between the food being so bad and the way the manager handled the situation we will never go back to this panda express. I used to work in retail and used to handle upset customers and I wouldve never treated a customer like that. Its "sorry you had a bad experience. Sorry you feel that way," etc. Then "how can we make it up to you?"

Disgusting inside, even though it wasnt even busy. None of the tables were wiped off and the drink station was horrible. The counter was completely covered in soda, even in front of the napkins and plastic ware. We saw 4 different employees go up to it and fill their own drinks and one did something with the tea dispenser but never attempt to clean it up. The trash was overflowing.The bathrooms both had about a quarter inch of water covering the the floors and had caution signs in the middle of them. My 8 year old daughter almost slipped twice while trying to use the bathroom, my husband told me the mens was the same. The food wasnt even good and we love Panda Express. We will NEVER go back.

Ive read other reviews and have never experienced any of the other complaints, to me this is the best Panda I have been to out of over 20 locations, even on busy nights with a line out the door it has been well stocked and fresh. Only complaint is wish there was more seating would like to see the large table in the center replaced by 2 or 3 regular tables!

Given I had a decently sized order.. 5 panda bowls. They asked me to pull forward and wait which I did for 20 minutes before being given the wrong order and once I went in to straighten it out they didnt even have my order started. I understand mistakes happen but the employees werent very friendly and do not work quickly to fix my issue.

Showed up with a sign on the door saying they wont be opening until 11:30 today.. apparently someone didnt bring a key . Now Im waiting 10 minutes because none of the food is done. Everytime I come here its always something. Most unprofessional business I have been to. Management should really be handling this business much better !

If i could have posted this without a star i woud have, they are not even worthy of one star. The service is horrible, and the food is too salty. They rush you thru the service line not giving you time to decide.

Rice was dry. Food tasted like it had been on the warmers a while. Orange chicken was low so I only got a little over half of what youd normally get. Wont return. Ft Waynes pandas are much better.

Ive stopped there before and wont again. Not as clean as other PEs. The drink area was a mess. Simple things like no napkins. They also put the food in the carry out bag upside down.

Strange parking lot and if you have a long vehicle good luck getting through. Food was ok but not fresh. Inside is clean and clean restroom. Staff behind counter very helpful.

Good food. Best Orange chicken, good chicken teriyaki (healthy) , good black pepper chicken. Chow mein was bland, good fried rice. Very quick service and helpful staff
