DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! Me and my coworker ordered breakfast for delivery and it took almost two hours to arrive. Not to mention the fact that the lady didnt give us a total so we didnt know what we were paying for. I called a hour after placing the order asking when the food will be delivered and she said, "the guy is right there and will be at the door!" I said okay and asked for the total. She had the nerve to say, "I didnt ask!" By this time she had an attitude and i told her Ill go outside and wait on the guy. Another 30 minutes went by and still nothing so I called her and told her to cancel the order and we no longer need it. It look like she didnt tell the driver because he showed up in the next 3 minutes. I was asking him what took so long and how we ordered almost 2 hours ago and he wants to stand up there and argue. He had a nasty attitude. Very poor service and no consideration for time. Will not go to this place or order from here again

Terrible place. Ive seen them take a roll, a piece of chicken, and provolone cheese and pop it into the micro and call it a chicken parm sandwich. The salad station was completely disgusting. Nothing is kept in coolers, all the ingredients for your salads are sitting on a counter in Tupperware containers. The owner Mike, who is the one currently making the salads, doesnt use gloves while handling the food, and all he does in between touching different ingredients is wipe his hand on a dirty towel. GROSS. They underpay the staff, and dont even have many of them on the books! They try to pay you under the table! They premake salads and keep them in the fridges . I WOULD NEVER EAT HERE. With what I saw in this place, i am surprised they havent been shut down. The owners dont know anything about food care or how to properly prepare the food so that it is fresh.

Do you know the muffin man? Then you better know the Copans Cafe man. Not only do they have the most delicious overpriced cheese steaks within a three-block radius, but they also have the best buffalo sauce on this side of Copans Road. If youre looking for cheap lunch, go elsewhere. If youre looking for an experience of a lifetime, go elsewhere. If youre looking for a great cafe on Copans road.. definitely check out Copans Cafe. The cheese steaks are great. Not Philly great, but Copans road great.

Myself and my coworkers order from here and I had only recently discovered this gem a few months ago. The service is always amazing and I am kind of picky so my review is a good one LOL. Their portion sizes are amazing, their food is fresh..their pea soup is to die for. Everything we have ordered from here is always on point. Like a little diner..not to mention Pops who does delivery..hes so sweet. Keep up the great work! love it love it love it

Was going to take in a large order for my clients and some Queen Bee wouldnt let me send them a picture of the menu. Dont waste your time at this dark grungy hole in the middle of an old strip mall between an auto garage and a pawn shop. Go down the road to the Samich Shop!

Wow. The food is fantastic...we had a french dip..boarshead meat, perfect au jus, soft tasty bread. Umum..delicious fries. You must try. The owners are so nice and accommodating.
