I frequent this Publix as it is right down the street from my work, but ever since the new store was built the deli has gone downhill. The addition of the ability to order subs online was great because it is supposed to be a time saver, but almost every time I have ordered a sub online something has gone wrong: - They put the subs in the window to stay warm but a lot of the time the receipt paper burns off before you can pick it up, so you have to wait for them to print you another bar code before you can take it to a checkout lane. - A lot of the time the sub Ive actually ordered is wrong, or if I asked for it toasted or pressed it is burnt. - Sometimes the subs are not ready when Ive arrived, even if we arrive a few minutes after the pick-up time in order to give them some buffer. After all of these bad experiences, todays experience was the worst: myself and my co-worker ordered online, at the same time, for the same pickup time. Both of us received confirmation emails from this store, but when we got there only my sub was ready. They claimed not to have received her order, and then scrambled for 20 minutes to figure out what happened and to make her sub finally. After I got back to work, I unwrapped my sub and ants crawled out of it. I took it back to the store and the lady at the customer service counter didnt even seem concerned about the ants, so I got a refund, wasted an hour of my day and probably will never eat a sub from this deli again.

I recently got married on May 13th and was skeptical at first using Publix for my floral and cake but there are no words to describe how thankful I am for Trish and Kaley for making this entire process absolutely amazing. They even ordered a special piping tip to create the look I wanted for the cake. The day of my wedding it poured and Trish was a blessing, she went to the store to get supplies to be sure my flowers would slip off of the arbor. From the boquets, the guys boutineers, corsages, ceremony and table arrangements... everything was absolutely beautiful and we recieved countless compliments throughout the night. She is so talented and I would recommend their services to anybody!

My shopping experience here was absolutely delightful. The product selection was great and I found everything I needed. Except for the winning lottery ticket haha! My bagger bagged stupendously! He smelled delicious and had sexy hair. When he helped me out to my car, one of my jugs of water fell off the cart. He may have muttered the words "Jesus H. Christ," but he picked it up immediately and apologized for the mishap. This baggers extraordinary comfort and customer service earns him a promotion in my eyes. The name of this fine young gentleman? His nametag said "Jayrod." What a guy.

Honestly the only reason Im putting 5 stars is because of the employee Jarred. I didnt happen to get his last name but he is the only one who actually looks like the enjoy working in that place. He always has a smile on his face and he is always willing to help. That is the reason I keep returning to this Publix. Thank you Jarred! We all appreciate you!

I went there with a problem with a Western Union. Katie the customer service manager helped me. She was kind and patient as I know nothing about the ins and outs of WU. She was able to fix the problem quickly and refund my money. Highly recommend her if you have any problems. She is a mover and shaker with a genuine smile. Thanks Katie!!!

well Publix brands are nice, Publix prices are bit high, but there store brand are fair, most of stock is fresh, an taste good, their submarine sandwiches are great, there taste just great if you dont mind day old bread tuff to bite into. But not bad, I usally go to dunlawton square publix, but I a store I like better than publix,
