Customer service is lacking due to a disconnect in communication between the register and the prep cook. You order at one end and then stand there waiting until the cook asks you what you ordered again. Prices are high for what you get in your sandwiches.

Penn Station is expensive. The food is really good, though! The cashier at this location could not have been more sweet and friendly. The outside of the store was nothing special, but its whats inside that counts, right? A good experience.
