Came here to orde Wisconsin Mac and Cheese. The heat didnt work inside the building, and its 22 degress out side, so inside was probabaly around 40-45 degress. They didnt order any cups, so they only had the small 9oz drink cups. There electrnoic order system wasnt working so i had to give them my reciept so theh could give it to the cook so he could make the food. The come freestyle machine wasnt working for half the of the drinks because the syrup was frozen. And the speakers in side were really static fuzzy sound, would be loud and soft. Never seen a chain restuarant with so many problems at one time.

I wish I could give 0 stars because 1 is damn well too much. First of all, all they had was plastic bowls as well as utensils. My friends was innocently eating soup with a spoon and the spoon broke in her mouth and cut her cheek. We complained and the staff didnt seem to care. Second, everything was dirty from the windows to the walls. Third, the waitress said the s word in front of my kids and they asked what it meant. I didnt know what to say. Fourth, they laughed at us while we said our hourly prayer. Very disrespectful. I was all around offended and I would highly recommend that no one comes here.

The food wasnt very good and it was one of the dirtiest and most disgusting restaurants Ive ever been in. My son and I arrived at 11:15ish just after they opened at 11am and it was clear that the night crew didnt clean at closing and the opening crew didnt clean upon opening. It was so dirty I couldnt stay there. I showed the Manager and he said he wasnt aware as he hadnt been out to the dining room yet but did say he closed the night before and did the best he could but he lived "40 minutes away."

Its Noodles & Co. Maybe the food isnt 5 stars, but every time Ive been there, it has at least tasted pretty good and has been hot. However, the thing that really makes me give this restaurant a 5 is the customer service. The employees were all very kind and even though it was a Friday and it was expected to be busy, the manager came to all of our tables and gave coupons as an apology for the wait.

Ive NEVER seen any of the bad behavior that is described in the one about employees being yelled at. Ive been there so many times, I cant count them and have ALWAYS had good service and seen each employee treated well. Perhaps the problem noted in the other review was taken care of. Ive been there both before and since that was written.

Great food. But tables are ALWAYS dirty. In the 45 minutes we were there, the workers would clear the tables of the dishes and never cleaned or wiped the tables. Not usually a problem at the other locations. Seems to be just this one. Fortunately we were here early enough to get an unused table from today.

My wife loves the food, BUT I hate this place! Ive been there 3 times and the music was so loud they could not hear me to take my order. They got it wrong all 3 times! The descriptions on the menu are printed with hard to read small thin font and use more words than it took to print the bible.

This is one of our go-to places, especially since I have been on a gluten-free diet. There is something for everyone, and they are willing to substitute rice noodles in any of the other dishes to make it GF. Always good food and good service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

every time I eat here tables and floors along with restrooms are filthy. Staff not keeping up filling chopstix for kids . The only reason we come is my son likes using chopstix.

When I walked into the restaurant, I could see that this was not India Sizzling. I ordered India sizzling noodles, but they were not available. I soon left the establishment.
