I am done with this establishment all together. I asked a very simple request from the young women who took my order I asked if at all possible could I stand at the door and hand my card to her for payment while I stood with the door open to keep an eye on my infant and toddler who were asleep in the car parked directly outside the door. She responded she wasnt sure that she could do that and that shed ask and once she did she told me she couldnt do that. I then asked if it was okay if I spoke with the manager, once I got on the phone with him I asked the exact same question. He responded "no thats a safety hazard we cant have anyone go to your vehicle." I told him no you didnt understand what Im asking for I can carry my own items and I dont want anyone to go to my car I just wanted to know if someone could take my payment at the door way while I stood right there. He responded again its a "safety hazard." I asked how is it a "safety hazard" to walk a few feet from the register to the door of the establishment. I can see the register in clear view. He simply said "no we cant do that its just a safety hazard" he wouldnt even answer my question. Then I got out my car got my sleeping infant and toddler and not to mention my foot was in a boot went inside and got my order and I asked to speak to the manager and asked him yet again why they couldnt help with my request. He stated yet again thats a "safety hazard" and thats all. He didnt even explain how walking from the register to the door was a "safety hazard". And then he came up with the excuse that he didnt want to let anyone else charge my card when I can clearly see who has my card in hand and I have to sign for the charges. And when I brought up that as a point he just said well if you dont like it then youll you can contact the corporate office. He gave me his name and the corporate number. What upset me the most was that he wouldnt answer any of my questions validly and he had and Im almost positive he was saying he was a manager and wasnt. There was a man that I met at this establishment a long time ago who said he was the manager and he stood in the background staring at me while I spoke with this young man with no name tag who said he was the manager. I work in the food industry and I have never once treated a customer this way nor have I been treated this way. I go above an beyond when simple a understandable situations arise for customers. I will never return to this establishment for the treatment and the embarrassment in front of other customers I received that day. We are all human beings and deserve a certain level of understanding and compassion I never received this here and I will never forget it.

Today is 17 February 2016; time is 7:06 pm. I am still eating here because I paid for the food already. The store has 11 customers eating inside, that means it is a slow night. We had to wait 18 minutes for the wings, and we didnt notice that we didnt get the fries, so after informing them that we didnt get the fries instead of expedite the fries, we had to wait another 10 minutes for the fries. Service is horrendous. Next time I am taking my family to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Tried calling to place an order just to have the phone continuisally ring, just to be hung up on. Someone picked the phone up hung up and when I tried calling back it just kept ringing and ringing as if they were closed. This is not the first time I have had this problem with this location! This place sucks and so does there shitty phone etiquette! Ill stick with the pat booker location! lolocation

Food was great. Served very fresh and hot out the fryers. Dining room is pretty big compared to most Wing Stops Ive been to. 5-6 big TVs to enjoy while eating. They do keep the A/C pretty cold though. We placed an order for dine in and placed a 100 wing order to go. Staff was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed as far as plates, forks, ketchup to go. Overall a good experience

So my fiance and I had went to a Mediterranean restraunt...that was a horible experience including fact of a buffet was so outright one of tge worse place we been...we got up and walked out hungry so we decided wingstop bcuz we had a gift card...so happy and glad we did bcuz it hit the spot...wings were on piont it made my day that much better thanks wing stop

I have always call in my order for pick up, but today what a shame on these people called in order in advance was told ready for pick up in 20 mins, I get here and was told they didnt have an order for me and not even showed in their computer I had to reorder and waited for another 20 minutes....smh they need to hire better personel for proper requests.

Loved it!!! We are going back home to austin from san antonio and decided to stop and eat here. Its definitely better than pluckers!! The two girls in the front where awesome!! I dont know their names. One of them had glasses on. Definitely will stop by when we come back to san antonio:)!

If you call and order this place is good, being so close to the highschool I dont know if that draws a certain crowd or not but kids are always running around or something is usually up. Good food though, parking lot in the area is a pain.
