As I was waiting in line, which took forever, I noticed how poorly and dirty the place looked. Nobody was maintaining the dining area and I was stepping on dirty peanuts and spilled soda. It was extremely crowded and when I went to order the man who took my order, he was kind of old, was rude and didnt seem to pay attention or care about what I wanted. I will say I have never received such horrible customer service, the burgers were good but not worth the wait of ten minutes and a dirty dining area. Id get better customer service at McDonalds than here.

Great place. Pretty fast service given how busy they are. That is the key right there... they are busy because its good. They may not have a lot of options but Five Guys does what it does well. Not the best burger I have had but its also much cheaper than some other burgers. For a counter service type place this is great.

This growing chain is one of my favorite places to get a burger. Theyre a million times better than fast food burgers, but not as expensive as most sit-down restaurants. And theyve got quick service and a simple, straightforward menu to boot.

I love the food here, its very good. The customer service is acceptable. I also love this places fries. If you have not been here yet, Id recommend giving it a shot. It couldnt hurt. This place is a pretty good burger joint.

Dont "Get" the 5 guys thing. It is an ok burger, but there are much better ones out there such as at Bubs in Carmel or In-N-Out Burgurs on the west coast.
