We thought service would improve after they had the trouble shooter come in last year, but it doesnt seem to of helped. Its been very disapointing over the several months the lack of customer service. We have walked in the door and stood there waiting to be acknowledge, simple eye contact or a simple someone with be with you shortly . But they walk by and make every effort not to make eye contact. As far as wait staff, thier friendly, but can disappear after you receive your check and others are great.We have no plans to return and plan on telling freinds of the poor, poor lack of customr service

We were told there would be an hour wait and there were empty tables everywhere. The server didnt know the drink special. We specifically asked for the special, received our beer (cold and delicious) but was charged regular price. The manager gave us (drumroll) please 50 cents off our bill for the servers mistake. Our son was brought wings that did not have the sauce he ordered. Hes 8, the medium was a little much for him. Had to ask for napkins and the bill, TWICE. Yeah, we arent going back.

Horrible service. Ive been there many times and each time we have always had horrible service. It took about 20 minutes to get a table (which is normal) but then no one came to even take our drink order after sitting there for 25-30 minutes even after servers watching us being seated. We ended up leaving that time. We will no longer be going there. I absolutely love the food, but I will no longer be going to this certain one.

Staff was friendly and prompt. My server made sure I always had a full drink. The manager check on me several times to make sure I was getting what I needed. She was very polite, friendly, and professional. Clean restaurant friendly atmosphere. Good food and an awesome staff. They made me feel right at home even though I was from out of town. I will stop in BWWs anytime I come through Warsaw. Thanks for a great experience!

Food is average as any other BWW. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Spent 3 hours on a dinner planned out to be an hour because of nonchalant service. A request for a box to pack extra wings itself took upwards of 20 mins with only 1 other table being occupied at that point of time with 4 servers in the area! Probably takes lesser time to craft out a box from scratch...

Horrible service no matter day or time. Food is okay on a good day. And Ive been hung up multiple times when trying to do pickup. Only reasons Ive gone back...salt and vinegar wings, only rub I can have, Guinness on tap, and the occasional soccer game on the big screen. Wish they would get their act together.

We have weekly team dinners here and somehow they always seem unprepared. Even made a reservation for a birthday once and had to wait 30 minutes past the reservation time for the room to be arranged. Food is the same as any other BWW. Service could be a lot better.

Stopped in for Sunday Night Football and the place was surprisingly empty. This location is in a strip mall and a bit small but has all the same attributes of a normal BWW. Beer was cold, wings were good, and the TVs were playing the right games. Id come back.

Weve been to BW3s many times and we always cross our fingers for the one or two good servers. They need to look up the definition of customer service. You will undoubtly receive confused and blank stares from some of the staff. Good luck.

The bar area should be bigger. Get there early on game day to find a seat in the bar. Tvs are everywhere and of good size. It is the best place in town to watch your favorite team. Good beer selection and good food too! Love the wings.

Took our daughter to celebrate. Terrible experience. Some of the worst service I have ever received. Food was sub par for a BWW. Very dirty, Wait staff on cell phones while food was left laying on the carpet. Will never return.

I ordered an hour in advance got there and had to wait at least another 15 minutes for my food. Then when I got home 5 min later the food was already very cold. The food just wasnt as good as it should have been for the price.

Food is good, though the service tends to be slow. Ghost Pepper sauce is wonderful and I hope they add it to the menu permanently. Sadly, they dont actually carry any of the craft beers on their menu.

Food is good but TVs are small and not 1080p HD. 2 of the 3 projectors dont work and the one that does is about 6" off center. Food is really good, servers are great.
