went there the other night and was greeted at the door rquesting patrents to remove hats, hoodies, and sunglasses when enter the building... I know that they are just trying to keep the staff and everyone safe but made me a little on edge like their could be a robbery any minute. Second upon entering the restraunt I was asked for money from a guy leaving needing money for gas. I told him I would be out in a minute and we could talk about it, but service was so slow in getting my order together he drove off - guess he really didnt need the gas after all. Found this out after I had eaten half my sub that the workers preparing our food had not put gloves on or wash their hands after taking our order and handeling both money and change from the drawer. I dont know if it is a health code violation or not - but I will not return to this location based on my own personal reasons. health and saftey being top of the list. If the above doesnt concern you - I will say that the food did taste good going down. not so good coming up at 1am this morning.

My fav is the philly cheesteak I would give the food four stars, five stars when they make the lemonade right! But this location is often short staffed so you experience long waits and forget trying to call in an order your cant get through. Most of the staff wears long hair but no hair nets. I wasnt satisfied with the customer service of the staff but the food was good.

Fair. Staff was super nice. THE store was clean and big. Ordered the monthly special of Italian sausage To go. It was cold. NOTHING was grilled prior to putting into the oven. THE sausage was consistency of gyro meat. The bread was undercooked chewy and soggy. I will go to Jersey Mikes down the road next time. Fries were yummy.

The food was ok. The price was a little high. The sandwich was small for the price. I paid 18.69 for two monthly specials (BLT) came with fries and drink. I had to ask for more fries because they gave the bits out of the pan. Ill pass on this next time.

Penn Station is good if youre in the mood for a hot sub sandwich. Their fries are also worth noting, but I always feel like the food cost more than I think it should. Its usually $10 for a sandwich and fries, which is a lot for lunch.

Fresh food. Employees are very friendly, but my boyfriend had to wait about 7 minutes to be rung out. In that time our food had come out & by the time my boyfriend got to sit down & eat his sandwich was cold.
