Drive thru took about 10 minutes per customer. I thought it was the customer ordering tremendous amount of food, but I realized the customer wasnt even looking at the screen and was waiting to order (LOL). When it was my turn and was told to "wait a minute" that minute turned to ten minutes like the customers in front of me waited the same amount of time. At least they are consistent, ten minutes per person just to order. I was gonna rate this place a one-half star, but only allows either one or two stars, because of the fact I requested for massive amount of hot sauce. My request was granted. I gladly took my bag and assumed everything was in the bag. But when I arrived home, I found zero packets of hot sauce. Was going to give these guys the benefit of the doubt at 2-stars, but because I was properly informed they were going to grant me hot sauce and didnt give me any is the reason why I rounded down to a 1-star. If I was told they didnt have any I would have respected that and gave them at least 2-stars. Also for the wait too, which I didnt mind I was not in a rush.

I went through the drive-thru because the inside was closed. My previous drive-thru experiences were horrible. And sure enough, again it was a horrible experience. I knew to check my bag for sauce because they alway fail to give me sauce which I pay extra for.. my sauce wasnt in the bag. I caught this error right away. I get home and take my food out and Im missing 2 sides. I had to go all the way back to get the rest of my order. So I get back home and realize they forgot to give me my change which was $4.01. I tried calling back but no answer. On everything I hate this place! Im warning everyone: skip Popeyes!

Ive lived in the area for years. Every time i decided to go to this location, the staff has been rude, the wait time is ridiculous, and the overall atmosphere has been negative. Over summer i went there with my girlfriend and one of the staff members were trying to start a fight. She looked at my girlfriend and said, "what are you looking at?" Which is unacceptable in customer service. I chose to review it now because the last two times i went there, the food was horrible and tenders were under cooked. I will not be returning to this location again.

Slow service poor attitudes dirty extremely hot restaurant... Shouldnt take 15 minutes to make a chicken po boy. While waiting everyone up front just stood there doing nothing but talking amongst themselves for at least 5 minutes and only when someone says something do they remember they are at WORK and pretend to care. Most locations provide you with a medium cup for your drink with meals. They provide you with a kiddie size drink for a $10 meal. WHAT A RIP OFF AND WASTE OF TIME!!!

what a crazy popeyes.. drive thru works fine but the lady at the window always tells you to just pull up.. a few times the lady at the window has told me to hang on as she takes a personal phone call on her cell phone in the window in the middle of when Im ordering.. they have also given me sauce that is years expired this last time, I wont be returning, surprised they are still open honestly.

Great food because if you go late at night they make it fresh for you even though you have to wait its worth the wait trust me and they even let me walk through the drive-thru after their sit-down was closed and still get food which I thought was very nice of them

Terribly slow. Had to ask if someone was there ready to take my order. There were 3 people at the register just standing there as Im waiting to pay for the drive thru. Lady was extremely rude and even slammed the window shut after finally getting our food.

Foods good, but dude at the window didnt say anything when he handed me the food awkwardly. I also had to ask him if he got my order after everything i added. He was silent the whole time. The speaker is broken in the drive through. Just bad service.

Told it was a 7 min wait on apple pies ended up waiting 25 mins standing right in front of everyone not one crew member even acknowledged me or asked what I was waiting on including the guy who took my order who looked at me several times i just left

If youre looking for something quick dont bother going through the drive thru...Drive thru speaker has been broken for months and from what I can tell, they dont care that its an inconvenience. I will be heading to KFC from now on.

This store is the quickest of stores Ive been to. Fresh and hot in less than 3 min. Im sure theres an occasional wait for a high demand item but in my experience this store has been by far the best service.

In the year & a half that Ive lived in the area and have come to this Popeyes the drive thru speaker HAS NEVER worked. Be prepared to wait 20 mins for your food. The staff is not friendly, & extremely slow.

Place always has a steady flow of people. Food is good but service is slow. Lots of broken equipment that hasnt been repaired for a while and with no sign of any fixes planned.
