The chicken is cut to the size of Cornish hen. When I asked if I could get a better piece of chicken the employee was very rude. She act as if she was giving me another piece and didnt. The piece she took off my plate never left the tongs. I was insulated got in my car and drove down the street to KFC for some normal size chicken and paid less. Boston Market use to be our Friday family meal place to go. Now I`m better off buying a rotisserie chicken from Pick & Save, Sam Club or Walmart for less. Just dont seem worth it to go to Boston Market anymore.

25 minutes in store wait. Not very busy at all. They were out of half of the items. Very Rude employees. The manager woman looked at me and said, "What do you want." Is that how you treat people trying to order their dinner. That was rude, disrespectful and downright unprofessional. Will never return. Buyers beware! Ill drive allllllllllllllll the way to the one in Brookfield. Just to get everything I came to get and to JUST get great customer service. This place is a joke and went downhill from a couple years ago.

The food is good but, when we got up to the counter they were very rude and unwelcoming. They acted like its the end of the world to work. I recommend going to a different Boston market. Therefore, if you do go to this B.M. hope you dont make them do there job and they could work on there apperance on the inside of there restaurant by picking up there boxes and taking peoples trash of there table but I recommend not to go to this B.M.

Ive been to many Boston Markets but this is one of the few of them that has had excellent customer service. All of the employees were very friendly and had our food to us before we could even get our drinks. When we asked for extra napkins it wasnt a big deal at all. The chicken was steaming hot and the mashed potatoes and gravy tasted fresh. It was a very good meal and when were in the area again we will for sure be stopping by.

The food is always good, but the attitude of the employees could definitely use some work. I went thru the drive thru and the lady was so rude, like it was an inconvenience that I wanted to wait for my cinnamon apples that I ordered to be done! If you dont like your job then maybe you should find a new one!! Its the holidays, put a smile on your face and be cheerful. Restaurants flourish with GOOD customer service not bad!

Overall for an entire chicken and three big sides the price is not bad. They didnt have something we wanted which was a bit of a bummer. They offered for us to wait or try something new. Not normally like this I think it was just all the new staffing they had that evening. They did good for what seemed to be most of there first nights.

Always great service, great food, & friendly staff. Even when you ask for lesser known items they quickly get the order together & done right. There was only one time when we phoned in the order & showed up soon after but they didnt have it ready. They quickly got it together & gave us drinks for free for the inconvenience

Only one larger table and its next to trash and cleanup station--not a very appetizing sight. Mini carver sandwhiches are good but oddly you cant choose one if each flavor and must get 3 of a kind. Isnt the advantage on these mini sandwhiches to sample? With all three the same why not get the larger carver sandwich?

Always good food, plus they give mentally challenged citizens employment opportunities! :) The food there has been very good the last few years, and I started going there more lately since I figured out that they are trying to give back to the community in a great way.

I ordered meatloaf, green beans, and mashed potatoes. After already paying they let me know that it would be a 20 minute wait for the mashed potatoes and did not offer me anything for the wait or even say as little as "sorry for the wait"

Cold sides, even the soup, turkey was also cold only thing warm was the whole chicken, and the warmer was leaking water all over the floor. I dont want warmed up food when it should be HOT.
