I have been ordering here for a little over 4 years and love the chicken and shrimp. Recently I had an order where everything was cold or luke warm even the chicken thats normally so hot you cant eat it right away. The fries very, sometimes they are nice and hot and sometimes luke warm or cold. I called this time to let the owner know since all of it was cold and was pretty much accused of lying because it was delivered in a red bag and Im right down the street so no way it could have been cold. I had not once asked for anything off my bill or a credit, nothing. So to accuse a customer of lying is the worst customer service from an owner. I told him I was not lying and all the food was cold and I called as soon as it was delivered. I was offered $5 off my next bill that I have 30 days to use it. As cheap as this owner obviously is, you can keep your $5 because you clearly need it more than I do. I would have been happy with a sorry, I will look into it and it will never happen again. Not accuse your customer of lying and a cheap $5 off. I dont plan on ordering from here again. Never accuse a customer of lying even if you really think they are because you just accused one that was honest and you lost a customer.

There food is good. The staff there is very nice. It has been awhile since I ordered from there. The last time I did they forgot my fries so I called they offered to bring them to me. I said I know they were busy so we agreed that they would just add them on to my next order. When I went to order tonite and mentioned that they claimed they had no record of it. Then one of the workers said they recently had someone make up a story and "burned them for a bunch of free food". It sucks that that even happened to them. But what was worse is my integrity was questioned. So unfortunately they lost a customer tonight. Their food is awesome! Just make sure it is all there before you leave.

Weve been ordering chicken for delivery by the bucket from this place for over a decade and a half, and havent had a bad dinner yet. Were even outside their usual area for delivery, and they still get it to us usually in under an hour. Another thing, its always hot! I visited their place once just to pick something up and go, and the place looked as clean as an operating room in a hospital. As far as Im concerned, theirs is the crispyest and tastiest fried chicken in town! I wouldnt think of ordering from anywhere else.

We love golden chicken. Its not bad once and a while to eat fried chicken and treat yourself to some golden salty deliciousness! My only complaint is they should stop using staples on everything, more than once Ive torn open the bag and had a staple fall in my food, Im just scared that some day one of the kids will ingest one by accident. I dont usually complain and Golden does a great job so there isnt anything to complain about except the staple hazard. So long as youre careful, you cant go wrong with Golden!

First time trying Golden Chicken. The owner was very friendly and one thing I liked is that the food is made in front of you. Everything was clean and food is made to order. Price is great for all to the food you get. I had the fried Chicken very juicy, French fries crispy, coleslaw great and I had fried mushrooms oh man great.

8 dried up mushrooms $4.95?, soggy stale fries and almost swallowed a staple.This really saddens me, we have been ordering from them for a long time. The past few times just have not been that great but this was the worst. And all they would do is credit me for the mushrooms next time I order. The was my last meal from them.

First, very slow service. At dinner time, I would have thought they would have fresh, ready to go chicken. Twenty minutes to get out the door. Second, the chicken was average.. not bad, but NOT GREAT. Third, a bit pricey.. almost $10.00 for four pieces. I`ll look else where for good chicken.

I can only comment on the Cod dinner, since that is all I am going to waste my money on. $10 got me some soggy fries, and the worst fish sticks Ive ever had. This was NO cod dinner. I seriously doubt there was any cod in that mush. What a huge disappointment and a big waste of money.

Fresh cooking oil, fresh chicken (and better taste than KFC), great pizza, clean kitchen, and prompt delivery! Tom the owner personally makes sure his shop runs at its best.
