This place is false advertising!!!!! Buyer beware. If you are ordering catfish you will not get that. I ordered the 12 piece family catfish fillet dinner for $30 and got cheap swai fish. If you are not familiar with swai its a cheaper fish grown overseas in Asia. Most of it is not regulated and could have contamination. Well this place is passing it off as real catfish! i noticed the difference and when I called the girl on the phone said she didnt even know her managers name when I asked for it. Then I got another guy who told me to call back in the morning for Ismal. Whoever that is? Dont waste your money here. Non-Americans scamming us.

Ive been eating here for my lunch break for about 9 months and no problems...mostly order over the phone and customer service has always been polite and helpful especially when I did not know the lunch specials...food is always ready when I pick it up...fries and chicken special great...catfish nuggets banging always request to be cooked crispy and never burnt...Love this JJs on 62nd and Capitol truly satisfied customer...

I placed an order and went there to pick up today at 5 o clock only to encounter the worker being rude to a lady in front of me he was rude to me and handling food and money at the same time and rude in front of other customers I feel like hes racist and I will never go there again and I wouldnt recommend no other black person to go back there either I dont care how much chicken they serve

The jerk at the register refused to sell me a call in order because "i didnt have a ticket number ". I was not given one with my oreder over the phone. I am diabetic and the refusal of food ended up in my blood sugar dropping so low i fainted while i was trying to find another place to get food at midnight on a week night. Needless to say i will noy be returning.

Fish was soggy and greasy didnt ask if we wanted seasoning on fryshe, I didnt and they put way too much on them. meal and money was a total waste
