This Popeyes depresses me. I like the company, and I like the product, but its almost like they go out of their way at this store to provide bad food. Third time was the charm last night as I will never return to this Popeyes. Food was not only not hot, but DEAD COLD. (seems to be the routine here) My fifteen dollar dinner was tossed in the garbage. I look forward to a trip to any other Popeyes, and possibly new ownership/management of the Darien location.

Happy place to eat. The staff are not tense. The food comes in less than a minute. They play good music. Oh and that Biscuit... oh and the Chicken... oh and the Cherry and Cream filled pie... I didnt expect such a delicate food palette for me to experience in a fast restaurant. But the experience was good. So I wish Popeyes to have a very productive and succesful year because i ended up eating every bit you served me =)

the food was cold,and service was horrible.i like popeyes,but this one was disgusting.the workers were very rude,and wouldnt give us fresh food,because they were too lazy. we even had to wit out side until they would give us our food like they claimed.BUT THEY DIDDNT! ironically,we had to come inside and get it.our food was cold.when we told them so they said it was fresh.wow.NEVER COME HERE!!!. OR FIRE THAT WOMAN!!!!

I went in at opening time and placed a very large order (100 pieces) . The manager was very polite and friendly. He efficiently got my order together. I had minimal waiting time, considering I anticipated waiting at least 30 minutes; I was in and it within 15 minutes. He even walked my order out to my car! What service!!!!

Employees are friendly and the food comes out usually fast but as of my last 3 if not 4 orders there the employees have no clue what the difference between white and dark meat. I ask for dark and I either get all white meat or a mixture of both. Not sure how its hard to know the difference.

Food takes forever to come out. Nothing wrong with having freshly fried chicken to eat, but when its the dinner rush and you know people are going to be lined up, its good practice to have the food ready to be taken out, and not let the customer wait 10 minutes while they make more.

Please check your items before you leave. They mess up the order every single time, every time. It gets old. Its annoying and ridiculous. Not good, Popeyes, step up your game.....on the other hand the food is usually fresh and the manager was very accommodating.

Typical Popeyes food, horrible wait. You might think waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru would mean that you are about to receive the most mouthwatering chicken you have ever had, and you would be wrong. Jusy your every chicken and long wait. Enjoy.

Fast and friendly service. I ate at the restaurant and the manager came out and asked each table if they needed anything. And he was cleaning other tables where people had finished eating.
