How the hell did I get charged almost $14 for a seriously tiny burger and rude service? By the way, that was with drinking water (no alcoholic beverages). It looked like they were running out of beef or something, and just split one patty into two (got the double meat burger). Beyond that, the staff was rude. We were meeting a group of people and the manager told us that we couldnt sit with our friends. Okay, we were willing to reconfigure the tables to make things more convenient, but the manager kept suggesting that we sit by ourselves since our friends were "already eating". Uh, okay guy. Somehow I still ended up tipping, despite the horrible experience. Avoid this place if you can. Also note that most of their positive reviews are more than a year old and were posted anonymously. Hmmmm. Wonder if that should tell you anything?

Sooo tasty! BDubs have the best chicken/sauce hands down. The. Chicken is very tender, and breaded just right. Top that with teriyaki and Asin zing, oh man! Its just so good. The service was also shockingly fast. If I had kids and needed to feed them fast, yeah BDubs would be a great pick. We also had pickle chips, my wife thought they were a bit too greasy, I thought they were good. Now maybe I am just a penny pincher but for the cost of eating 1 time at BDubs we could eat Wingstop 3 times. Drinks are crazy expensive, and just ok. Also thought the wings could have used more sauce, but I should have asked. I really like an unhealthy amount of sauce+ranch. Overall, its so very tasty but I will hit Wingstop several more times in a year because of the value.

This BWW is hit or miss. Some days things seem to be okay and others the place seems neglected. The staff is often inattentive and keeps around a small kiosk area near the drinks. Tables are sometimes dirty, so is the floor, and theres not a lot of attention to detail. I always worry when I see things like that missed, because thats all front of the house stuff. I dont want to know whats happening in the kitchen. I go occasionally because its close to home and they have good entertainment, but Id like to see the manager whip the staff into shape a bit more and clean the place up in general. Ill update this review with future visits.

Decent food, but at the expense of being surrounded by large, loud tvs blaring sporting events. Did I mention that its loud? It is SO loud here. If you are wanting a place where you can hear the people youre dining with, this is probably not where you want to go. Also, if you arent a sports fan the tvs are super annoying. We go here only when my husband is craving wings, and its always a long time before we return again because of the sports and the noise. When we do dine here we prefer to go late at night, so that the noise is slightly less due to fewer people being there.

I sat at the bar, took over 15 minutes to even be asked if I wanted anything. Then I asked to order an appetizer took 25 minutes to get and it came without the dips, asked about that and that took another 5 minutes then they brought the two different dips one full to the brim and the other not even half full. Every time a bartender was near Id ask exuse me but can I and they are gone!!!, this place is either very understaffed or just clueless. I dont recommend this location.

I love it here i come almost ever Saturday im a regular you can say to the bar seen and love the service love the food i order and especially love the cold beer bartenders weather outside or inside always give you the proper respect you give them nice work employees of buffalo wild wings keep it up regardless of how many people dont realize what it takes :-) ☺ thank you for your service i will always go out my way just to eat and have a cold one

Very poor customer service. I was there to watch a game today, and ordered food and a drink around 8:15pm. Took 45 minutes to get a water (in a takeout container, I should add), and the neither the food nor the drink ever came. Wait staff was definitely not overstretched, as the dining area was less than 50% full. Everyone elses food at the table arrived after about 90 minutes. I can firmly say I will not be frequenting this location again.

Wings were very nuggets small disappointing like every Buffalo Wild Wings NOW DAYS. Drinks are over priced. Worse Crap happy hour food appetizers in many BWW been too and this place had the worst service at first but the 2nd star was the bartenders improvement. Bartender knew nothing. Im not going to lie to you. Traveling, I have recipes for 104 BWWs this one is one of few, most not liked.

NOT AS GOOD AS THE ONE ON UNIVERSITY! Go to the BWW on 82nd and University if you can!!! The food here is good. Service is almost decent. The wings dont have enough sauce on them, and at this location (not the one on University, for some reason) they make you purchase a minimum of 3 wings of each type. So you cant get just 1 or 2 to try them out.

This location is so hit and miss at times. Some days the food is great and juicy, whereas other days the food is burnt or dry. My boyfriend and I came out here because its closer to the house, but wed rather go back to the location on 82nd where they treat you like family and the food is fantastic almost every time.

Horrible experience. Got seated and waited for 15 minutes and left because no one waited on us. The waitresses were braiding each others hair and just standing around. Talked to the manager and he seemed unconcerned about a party of 7 leaving. Worst location ever!!!

The traditional hang out location for my friends and I. We tend to get together at the beginning and end of each semester and have BDubs. My only complaint would be to shake up the wings a little better. A few times weve eaten there, the wings were under-sauced.

They got our drink order wrong (brought out an alcoholic beverage when the person asked for lemonade) and took 33 minutes to deliver a salad and kids meal when there were very few people in the restaurant. I cant say Id go back.

I havent been to Buffalo Wild Wings in a few years. I got their Big Jack Daddy burger and it was SO good! If youre really hungry and need something filling, go for that bad boy. The service was great and it was perfect for lunch.

I ordered food from here and when I got home to eat it, I noticed the wings were overcooked and dry. The fries felt like they were heated up in a microwave. This was the worst meal I have had at Buffalo Wild Wings to date.

This place sucks I been sitting there about 40 minutes and no body show up at my table for asking for a freaking beer or take my order the one in the 82nd is much better ,buffalo wild wings on the 19th sucks !!!!!

Food is the same as all the other ones. Only dang thing I hate is when they have non-Texas teams playing on the dang screens. At least give the Texas Rangers a big screen instead of those dang Yankees.
