Walked into this place with my two kids looking for a place off the highway on our road trip.. the people there were so rude and iM from nyc.. the guy seemed to he very upset when my son could not make up his mind... my autistic son... then when the pizza was ready they just yelled over the counter for us to come get it and bring it to the table ourselves which i guess was how they did things ... but when we asked for a silver fork and knife to cut the chicken roll we ordered they told us they only give silverware to people who order real food... then finally when we were leaving we had some pizza left and my 11year old autistic child carried the pizza pie to the counter and asked them to pack it up.. the man behind the counter put a box on top of the pizza and told him he had to do it himself... those thongs really werent a bog deal in the scheme of things but the attitude in general was soo off putting that even though the pizza was pretty good the whole thing just broke my heart .. the chicken roll was very dry...

Food is good but the staff provides horrible customer service. I placed an order for delivery and when I received my food I noticed that the order was wrong. I kindly called them to explain and instead of accomodating me the guy started arguing with me. I then spoke with the "manager" but it was useless as well because he insisted that I ordered what I got. Not only that, my food came in a box full of oil (how disgusting). I wont ever order from there and I will make sure to make my surroundings aware of how unprofesional Gerardos pizzeria is. Thank you for such a bad service and for ruining my dinner; you lost a costumer.

I had a Italian philly ,my wife had the vodka penne pasta and my kids had one buffalo and one pepperoni pizza rolls. Im not sure why there are any bad reviews here. Our experience was great. I know that if you go in with attitude thats the service you get. Fries came with my sandwich and they were not do good but fries is not the food they specialize in. Our next trip through will bring us here again. Great pasta guys!!! Keep it up.

The food is excellent, although it could cost a little less given the restaurant atomosphere and what you get for your money. The service is TERRIBLE. The main waiter who is always there does not care and always has an attitude. It is annoying. I love the food, but the horrible service everytime I go there is about to stop me from ever going again.

Food is fine, nothing special. Had an incident where we ordered pizza, we were the only ones in the restaurant, and waited 35 minutes for the pizza. When I told the manager/owner of the incident he informed me it was only pizza and nothing to get upset about. Glad he feels he can waste his customers time. Last time we go there.

Best pizza in the area, friendly employees and they have beer. I dont think I really need to stress just how important it is to have access to alcohol when youre stuck at the hospital for weeks. This place has been a lifesaver.

Horrible pizza taste like cardboard i get better pizza in Boca Raton florida i came to NY for this? Wow.... I should of got a frozen pizza.... Then to top it off you have to tip to eat a pizza? Disgusted

Excellent pizza with a friendly staff. I can honestly say that I have not had a bad meal here. Their seafood dishes are excellent. I try to dine here at least once every couple of weeks with my wife.
