Normally, I hate to give bad reviews, but... sorry, this place just left a very bad impression on me. Cali Burger is marketed as an "In-N-Out imitator". This place is soooooooo NOT anywhere even close to In-N-Out burger... absolutely in no way whatsoever. If any reviewer mentions its like In-N-Out, they are completely lying. Now, just reviewing the burger joint alone, the quality of food was not worth it. No matter how "fresh" the burger was cooked/made, it was still soggy...so were the fries. Food quality felt almost "cafeteria style"...or some no name burger place found at a small park/zoo youre stuck with eating at and overcharged because there is no place else to go. I might have found it all acceptable if the overall total price was 25% less.

Overall cashier and staff were nice. Very open/modern decor. However, you come here for the experience and the product which I really believe is not worth it. A cheeseburger meal priced at $9.29 plus tax, you expect it to be packed with meat. Instead what I got was a very thin patty which resembled a McDonalds or Burger King patty. The sauce was okay, didnt taste as good as the IN N OUT sauce (lol, comparing only because of the article I read about the restaurant). I felt like it also lacked some type of burger seasoning... I guess the good part is they give you a good amount of fries so if the burger doesnt fill you up, the fries should at least do something!

Very disappointed for the second. Last time I asked for three spicy burgers two without tomatoes. Guess what, all were the same. I let it go. Today, I asked for a chicken burger for my daughter and they gave beef burger. I am so disappointed because there was no one else but us ordering. My wife mentioned she read reviews that the people work there dont pay attention at all. This is classic that they cant even get a simple order correct. And the lady at the register didnt even know how to take an order. Another guy had to help her. And yet, they screwed up. BEWARE TO CHECK THE ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE!!!

First off not fast service, they messed up my order by putting mustard instead of the grilled mushrooms I asked for. Floor was extremely slippery, one thing you dont do in the food business is clean the front with the same mop buckets you use in the back kitchen. Now for the food! It tasted pretty good! Mustard and all!!! I could see the manager lady trying to train her team and I take in account its new. Overall Id eat here again, but next time I would hope the person at the register is faster and can take my order correct since the price is a little on the higher end, so you expect the best

McDonalds, Burger King? Cant even comprehend what some of those other reviewers were talking about. Maybe theyve spent to much time at those cheap establishments. The quality and freshness of the food at CaliBurger was uncommonly good - it was worth the slightly higher price (if you compared to a fast food chain). The chicken sandwich, the beef burgers and the fries were delicious. If youre in a big rush, the service wasnt super fast - it was reasonable, but here again, its not McDonalds or Burger King, so if thats what youre looking for, go there.

My favorite restaurant is In N Out, and I think this is just as good. Small differences in food but overall closest I have ever tasted. The sauce is different but not in a bad way. Cheese is more present at Caliburger. Buns toasted same way, similar taste In N Out wins here. Animal/Cali style fries are nearly identical. Preferred Caliburger. Burger win goes to In N Out but barely. Prices are more at Caliburger but they had to pay the lawsuit I guess. Highly recommend, especially if you feel deprived of In N Out.

Not worth the money. I am a huge fan of plunking dinero for a good burger (I.e. BGR, SmashBurger, BugerFi, etc.) This burger was a mess. Cheap bun, cheap pattie and crazy prices. My combo looked like the cheeseburger combo I had in elementary school. And to add fuel to the fire, there was no one in the restaurant and it took them 10-15 minutes to prepare the meal for my son and I. The employees were far to busy playing in the kitchen than to make a meal. You live and learn. I will not be returning.

Decided to give this place a try and was not let down at all. Ask the cashier at the front for whatever was the most common food item ordered, which was the the CaliDouble. Got my food in a very timely manner due to it being not busy. The food was very good and I can definitely taste that California style in the food. Prices are a little high but understandable with good food. Will definitely go back and eat again. Definitely should give it a try if you havent had it before.

Way over priced...very greasy burgers, low quality for sure on the meat. Milk shake? More like extra cold chocolate milk. Complete garbage....oh and cashier forgot to make it. Had to remind her twice. Sat there eating for 10 mins without shake because of the air head....needs fired. Also she overcharged me for toppings and didnt add a drink like i asked. Dont waste your time at this landfill with moron employees. Would rather have left over mcdonalds

Meal was way too expensive. I paid over 30 dollars for 2 adult meals and a kids meal. I ordered the grilled cheese kids meal and they gave me this cheap hamburger bread with a piece of cheese melted on it. My daughter didnt even eat it. My husband and I got regular cheeseburgers. They were mediocre and the fries were soggy as hell. AND they gave us a infant sized portion of fries. I will never ever go back. Do better Caliburger!!!

Good atmosphere, OK employees, horrible food. The French fries tasted like something from the freezer section of the grocery store and the grilled cheese cost 4$ for some melted cheese on a hamburger bun that wasnt even toasted. Oh and you only have a choice between 3 types of hamburgers and only 1 type of chicken sandwich. So not only is the food lousy and expensive but you have limited selection.

This is basically overpriced McDonalds. The fries and burgers are nothing special, just your average fast food. Even their "milkshakes" are average, they are literally Frostys from Wendys. They do have a free style soda fountain, so thats cool. If this is supposed to be the new In-N-Out Burger, youre not missing much living on the east coast.

What a great new place to get one of the best burgers in Columbia! We are from California originally and while there is a similarity, this is NOT a new "In-n-Out" burger... but the differences are quite welcome and I actually prefer them overall. Absolutely worth checking out if you want to try a Cali-Style burger out here on the east coast.

The service was fast and friendly, but its $10 for a meal. I got the "B" meal which MAYBE contains 2 oz. of beef. The flavor of the beef was identical to Burger King, but you get less food. If thats what you want, then stop by and try it. If not, youre better off spending your money at a real restaurant at the mall.
