Our visit was good, when I ordered over $47.00 worth of food I asked if we can have six cups of water he tells me he can only give me two because they ran out of the water cups I told him if I can spend this kind of money with you I cant get another size cup Im not trying to get soda we want water. He gave me three more cups that made 5 I needed 6 cups so one of your other customers gave me her cup thanks maam.

I received the wrong drinks, even though they asked me multiple times. I had to repeat everything I said because the guy serving me was "trying to do two things at once"... Wait time wasnt bad. Potato wedges were not fresh. But, they gave us an extra cookie. Who goes to a chicken place for a cookie?

Their Food is okay but they always forget something in my 5$ fill-up. Today they forgot my biscuit, butter and honey sauce! Last time it was cookies and ketchup! And today I had to ask for ketchup or theyd have forgotten it too!!

Nice and clean but every time I go I have a long wait on my orders come on if they see something needs to be restock on the menu they should do it first at least I seem to get a complimentary drink for my long wait Sometimes

Everyone was really rude. They didnt have any chicken ready. Seriously got asked when I got up to the counter if I was ordering chicken.... seriously?? No Im here for a hamburger. Yes I want to order chicken.... wow...

Potato wedges are stale and hard. Nashville Hot Chicken is in a pool of grease -- not sauce, grease. When the container is tilted, the grease collects to about half an inch deep along the entire (narrower) side.

I like KFC everytime i go my order is me$sed up...but they always try to make it right just sometimes people want it right the first time..but other than that its good. Thumbs up to the cook

Great place !! But every time i seem to go there for wings theres always a long wait.. You would think they will have some prepared in the warmer like all the other chicken pieces !!!
