So I literally just came from the store. Your credit machines were down and only accepting cash. We didnt have much. We had some but we were intending on doing laundry with it. [we live in a condo that has communal machines]. The cashier did us the kindness of comping one of our meals. So we didnt have to go back to the bank to take cash out. I hope the employee can be rewarded or praised somehow. I will refrain from saying his name til I get a potential reply from a manager confirming his actions were ok. I rather not see him be punished for it. Thanks again. I also made a nice tweet about it.

I have mentioned this to the district manager weeks ago. The employees can not pronounce the word Colonel. They pronounce it phonetically. When asked over the past few weeks, they do not know who the man with the beard on their shirts is. I couldnt make up something like this. And... as someone else mentioned they do not have the best attitude. Whoever owns this Unit just does not care. These people are not trained and the food is cooked inconsistently.

Took 15 minutes in Drive thru to get two basic fill-up meals and they "ran out of biscuits" (how does that happen at a KFC?). They then ask if I want another side. I ask for just a large mashed potato instead of a small... They didnt give anything! Box was empty no side or large mashed potato. After 15 minutes they still cant get the order right. Terrible service.

Cleanliness is a major issue in front lobby. Cashier picked up the trays from the dining area but failed to sweep the mess of receipts, napkins, lids and straws. There was a spill and they were informed but didnt do anything about it.

Unbelievable that they dont have chicken at 7:30 pm - how is that even possible? Phone # they list does not work. Service was rude! Time to switch. Management needs to look at this location closely.
