I went in for a popcorn nuggets go cup as i always do and there were only 2 ppl in front me but it took me about 15 minutes just to get a GO-CUP, AND LIKE 3 PPL WHO ordered after me got their food first??. Also i wanted bbq sauce and for the second straight day they were out. (The guy told me they havent unloaded delivered supplies yet (lazy)). Also the fries are always stuck together and soggy(only about 4 decent fries). Another thing i noticed is that they were leaving the register unattended with a hefty line of customers.

Waited a hf HR they still got the order wrong twice and when we finally left we realized theyd forgotten the plastic ware and napkins. You must have to be a special kind of stupid to work here, u want to here something funny? Lemont KFC crews hopes and dreams! Im afraid they suffer from janitorial delusions, a new level of incompetence has been achieved, Idiocracy is real

Maybe its just the Lemont location but I just had my first and mostly likely last double down at the Lemont KFC. The sandwich was awful, certainly not what I have seen on the commercials. The chicken was dry and woody. The original recipe breading was tough and leathery and inedible. I would most highly recommend you seek another KFC location to try this sandwich.

The buttitos are small and they suck and the chicken strips were so tough i had to go back and have fresh ones made. They must have been left over from the day before.

25 minute wait everytime we have been there.....had only 2 pieces of chicken ready at dinnertime on 4th of july weekend .... Beware the wait time
