We walked here from the Appalachian trail, these folks are nice and make great food. My daughter and I went here for a nice break. It was a wonderful experience. Id recommend that from the Appalachian trail to cut directly across the mountain as the roads you will find d your self on are incredibly dangerous (blind corners) and very steep. So on our way back to the trail we tracked a straight line e from this place to the trail, which was wayyyyy easier. Oh yeah, we got 2 burgers, a large fry.... Which was huge! 2 pieces of cheese cake and a large vanilla ice cream with alot of fudge!!

Very hospitable atmosphere for family and friends. The food and service is amazing. Great place to throw a couple back too. Big, excellent room in the back for events and outside seating when the weathers nice. I love visiting the Carsonville Hotel!

The food is delicious! The atmosphere very friendly... the drive there is glorious! If you are looking for a nice Sunday drive, on any day but Mondays, check out Carsonville, make sure to stop in @ the hotel for great food.
