Horrible service and food. Order taker interrupted me while I was speaking then when I get to the window and after I get my food (which SMELLED bad and was OLD in the middle of lunch hour) I asked for honey and she gave me a pack of exploded honey packs laughed and said have a good day sarcastically I wasnt rude at all because I too work in customer service but there was no reason for her to be rude I didnt do anything to her the whole interaction

Horrible service. I went through the drive threw and the lady said "order when ready", so when I was ready to order I said "hello" about 10 times. I walked in and the woman was laughing with someone with her headset around her neck. After I was told it would be 30 min until chicken was ready, I left. The store had 3 hours till close.

They try to force pieces of chicken you dont want on you by telling you they cant sell it to you like that or putting it at on the bottom of the bucket and then covered it up with a piece of you want or they put old pieces at the bottom of the bucket and try to cover it up with fresh chicken.

They always forget to include biscuits with our meals via Drive Thru. After having this happen on three different occasions, I have completely lost hope in this KFCs staff. This is why fast food workers shouldnt get paid more.

Your normal KFC. Very busy with traffic from Fort Campbell at lunch time but they are able keep the line moving pretty well. Not a bad place for a quick lunch. Not sure how busy the evening and weekends are.

Always great service sense right next door to where I work I eat here 4 times a week lol. Only reason I put 4 stars is because Pepsi sucks. Get coke I would eat here daily. But food and service is top notch!
