Nesecitan have more cleaning and increased prices and not a little if not much and the quality is the same or even a little worse when horchata almost is finishing serve only as until the end and takes and is well gritty disgusting and sauces are good for a while but if you use them for later are already spoiled that means that when making sauces are not the same day or the products they purchase to make them are good quality and not to mention snow and Mangonadas not last almost immediately begin to melt and get good frothy and if you face the truth when they started was fine but now have not lost a lot of good quality speak for my experience

Me & my coworkers order for lunch , $75 worth of food . For them to get an attitude with my boss says my out order was so complicated , that we should order a day before ( I dont even know if Ill be alive the next day) that we should order exactly whats on the menu not to be difficult. So what they are trying to say is that if Im allergic to something to suck it up ? My coworker is allergic to lettuce & she had lettuce on her burrito , we told the manager & all I got from him was a laugh ? & on top of that our order was totally wrong . Ive always order from them &I for me to get treated like this its bullshit!!! Never again Im ordering from them !!!

STOP STOP STOP STOP IF you are AN American!!!!! meaning anyone that only speaks English as ur first language!!!! you might not want to go here and eat they do not treat Americans rite, they give you a little bit of meat and a little bit of cheese and if you want to little bit more cheese you have to pay $1.50 for a big cup of cheese that you dont need I only wanted a little more . This will be my LAST time I pay to eat here. the old people that worked here before need to come back. This place is garbage now The food is nasty it is no longer good quality food or a place to eat.

Place is legit Idk, i guess a lot of Caucasian people had a bad time? lmao but as a Mexican-American, food is BOMB AF. and hella legit. Its one of very few mexican restaurant in kenosha that actually tastes real. Things like Qdoba and other places dont taste authentic at all and its really disappointing.But this tastes like everything i grew up with. Not to mention that the la michoacana is awesome

Place sucks !!!! i ordered two days in a row first day order came in wrong, next day i ordered online and i called to add green sauce and they say they never even got my order even though i had got an email saying it was confirmed when i got my order they gave me the wrong beans and no green sauce missing a taco and when i had to call to get my correct beans they tasted horrible!! Never again!

Pretty tasty food. Wish they offered more combo plates. It was my first time and I wanted to try several different Mexican offerings...One of each of three, but they dont offer that, so I just had tacos, which were good. And guacamole. Delicious salsa. loved the amount of selections but none were labeled so I accidently ate 2 super hot ones, which were goid, but way too hot for me.

Horrible place my taco salad was burnt shell super greasy, my rice hard dried rice clumps, my husbands burrito super greasy also!! Only eatable items were the beans beef taco,chicken wings and fries also didnt get green sauce or salsa that I asked for!! After paying $43.00 just had surgery so I cant walk ordered food and cant eat cause its NO BUENO!! DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! :(

I was pleased at how delicious and inexpensive the food is here. Tried my first "torta" from here, and now Ive fallen in love. Their Family Meal combo feeds mine on most Saturday nights for < $20. I also find myself craving thier burgers (despite their name) when I want to eat cow. Drive thru is there, but no faster than going inside. I will visit often.

Just discovered this place about 6 months ago. Their food is good but their prices get raised every time we order from there. We started out getting the family special of 20 tacos for $24 then it went up to $26 and I just ordered tonight and they raised it to $35. Nice doing business with you but thats too expensive for us.

The food is good, except for the fact I found a large bone in my chicken taco and almost broke my tooth. Customer service is very bad. They dont listen to what you want, and sometimes they cant even understand English. Very disappointed in the quality of the service I received whenever I come to this location.

I really enjoy this place. Some people think its too much for your pocket, but I think everything is worth it. Ive had quite a few Mexican restaurants here in WI and this is by far the best one. If you like authentic, youll like Chicken Palace.

Average food, less than average service, counter people not friendly or smiling. Not ideal for non hispinac person. Rice has been sitting and was hard, mash potatoes out of a box with no flavor. I would pass on this place.

The person who was serving the drive thru, was eating while he was attending customers. plus they use the same gloves to get the money and serve food. thats nasty and doesnt show any respect for the customers.

Good food and ice cream that is relatively inexpensive. Just an old building, this is the biggest downer, converting the old arbys into a Mexican restaurant doesnt make for an inviting atmosphere
