This is the best restaurant I have been to in a long time! Especially for fast food but even compared to a sit down restaurant this place is awesome! They were very friendly and prompt there was an issue with the order and they immediately fixed the problem and were very apologetic. The kids area was great they have a nice clean and well kept area. There is a place for the big Kids to play but also some lowers stuff for my 13 month old to play with. The bathroom I cant rave enough about it was a simple bathroom only 2 stalls however they had a stool under the sink which is rare beyond rare. I appreciate the fact that my 4 year old was able to wash his own hands. Plus they had a really cool mouthwash dispenser i have never seen one of those before. Also they had changing tables in both the men and womens which I am grateful for. Some places only have it in the womens and I have been to places they had none at all and I had to change my baby on the floor! I only wish this place was in my hometown so I could come more. Whatever you guys are doing at this location your rocking it keep up the great work it is appreciated. Attention McDonalds and all the other restaurants you could take lessons from this place because compared to them your a 1 star and this chick-fil-a is a 5 star!

My lady and I were spending the day in Orland yesterday (3-25-17), and when it came time to eat, we wanted something Neither of us had tried. Thats where Chick-fil-A came in. This place is outstanding. First off, Eric, who was working the register, is the most well-spoken/nicest person Ive ever encountered working at a fast food place. To the point where he should get a raise. As soon as we sat down, our food soon arrived. I ordered the spicy chicken, she ordered the nuggets. The spicy chicken sandwich was phenomenal! Everything on it tasted fresh. The sandwich was commercial quality. Meaning, my sandwich shouldve been on TV before I devoured it. The nuggets were magnificent as well! At the beginning of our meal, the manager asked us how everything was, then near the end of our meal, another worker offered to clear the table and give us a refill. This place blew my mind! Despite being a fast food place, the experience here has been the best experience eating out that Ive had in quite some time. So good, that I just wrote this unnecessarily long review that nobody will end up reading. Oh, and the food here is super affordable!

We have been going to Chick-fil-A for about a year now. We love their Chicken Sandwiches and Waffle fries. Our favorite sandwich is the Spicy deluxe with pepper jack cheese. The chicken is always hot and juicy and the fries always seem like they just came out of the fryer. The fries are very lightly salted and taste delicious. Service is very friendly. After ordering at the counter, they give you your drinks and then bring the food out to your table. No additional waiting at the counter. Drive thru at the Orland location is always busy as folks take it home to the family. Restaurant is very busy. We really like the quality of their food more than any other chicken place. Note the restaurant chain is closed on every Sunday so that their employees can go to church and have family time.

We were there today at 5:30 12-31-10. It is our first time. We used the drive thru and order a chicken salad with strawberries, cheese, cabbage, etc. the chicken did not taste good, it has this dislike smell. I order a Balsamic vineger dressing and they miss to put it in the bag. We have a yogurt with strawberries. I order granola and they give me two little bags and one of them was rancid shame it was already mix with the yogurt. I look for expiration date and found it September 2010. Im not recommend this place. It is just a ordinary drive thru.

Far beyond my expectations for a fast food joint. Great food as it was fresh, hot, and must have been cooked to order. While getting my food through the drive-thru the employee took some time to explain what the new Chick-fil-A app is all about. He seemed genuinely interested in chatting with me, not like he was forced to. TIP: The Chick-fil-A app gives you free sandwiches, desserts, and other rewards. Just scan it every time you make a purchase, accumulate some spending dollars and receive some rewards.

Nicest workers ever! Food is really good too. I also love that all 3 of my kids find things they like to eat here too. The little toddler play area is a nice bonus for tired moms. I love that it is walled in by Plexiglas so I can actually sit at a table right outside of the play area and see my kid climb around, since she eats faster than me, and actually sit and finish my food in peace yet still be attentive to my kids. Love this place!

This place is great and I cannot get enough of it. The staff are the greatest people I could ever meet going to a fast food place. Their always offering to refill your drink and clean up everything you have already eaten. Super clean place. And the food is always great never has let me down. Also worth mentioning a employee named Ryan was amazing. Hes a well rounded employee and served me the day I went. This guy has to get a raise.

Nothing that will make you say wow. A wendys chicken sandwich is better than their chicken sandwich. Dont eat their grilled chicken sandwich. Its like eating a naked blubby piece of chicken breast. A lot of kids working there just chatting away when they should be working especially when people are trying to eat. Good concept, but theres real chicken joints nearby that dusts the place

Well they pretty much speak for themselves I think it is one of the best chicken sandwiches Ive ever had the service is extremely fast coming through the drive-thru that is the way I usually go and no matter how many cars are there they get them to move along extremely fast and the staff is always very friendly Ive never had a bad sandwich from there Thumbs Up No Doubt

It was my first time there. I had to see what made this place so special. All my friends raved about how great it was. They were right! Service was fantastic. Friendly and courteous. They made the food so fast. And the food tasted amazing!!! And to top it off...The bathrooms were very clean ;-) Had to drive 45 minutes to get there and cant wait to go back.

I havent been to a Chick-fil-A yet that I havent liked, the only exception being in Pooler, GA. I travel a lot, so it was great when it finally opened up in the Chicago area (where I live). Ive been to the Orland Park location and I found the food and service to be just as great as any other location Ive been to in Chicagoland.

I grew up in Atlanta and the food is consistently good. What earned this location a 5 star was when I there with my toddler and newborn (hands full) and they catered to a family dining experience better than any restaurant Ive been to. Including diapers on hand when I realized the diaper bag was forgotten in car.
