Professional and friendly service Elvis the manager has exemplary customer service skills I personally lived in South Downers Grove and pass approximately three different KFC restaurants avoid them because Ive gone to all of these and Bensenville location located on York Road is by far the best I have been going there for the past eight years and the crew the management and everyone thats a part of that team has always treated me with like royalty you will not be disappointed its worth the drive. Actually a great kfc! Nobody posts reviews when they have a good experience, they just go on about their day. But when its a bad experience they are quick to criticize. The employees and manager here care enough unlike other kfcs where they are rude, and they make sure to quickly correct any mistakes efficiently. With the already cheap prices, good portions, and good music, this is probably my favorite kfc I know. Highly recommend it.

A couple of weeks ago I bought a chicken bowl. Almost half of the chicken was fried pieces of flour. I bought another tonight and told the girl to make sure there were pieces of chicken in the bowl. But got the same thing . If I got three pieces of chicken I was lucky. The cookies I bought were hard as a rock. It didnt use to be like that.

We go out of our way to come to this KFC instead of the one closer to us. Theyre incredibly polite, always get our order right, and the food is always hot and fresh. Thanks to whoever trains these employees. They do a good job :)

Got the #6 box - 3 chicken tenders. They were the saddest things! Literally the size of a finger! Barely any meat - mostly breading- and if there was meat, just gristle or processed chicken - like a McNuggett! Very displeased.

Horrible service I ordered a six piece strip meal with two sides and when I got to window the guy ask me what sides did I order and when I got home I still.didnt get me what side dishes I had ordered never going here again
