So I took my girlfriend out for a drink on her birthday and there were no seats at the bar so i asked the hostess if i could just sit at an empty table. she obliged and showed us to a freshly cleaned yet still sticky table. I went up to the bar and ordered a drink which turned out to be overpriced and undersized. the waitress then asked me to run my card, I informed her i would be paying in cash. she asked me again twice and I answered the same and pulled out my cash. it turns out she was asking for id. Before the drink was made, the waitress came by and gave me a menu and asked what i would be ordering. this was only slightly rude considering i told her previously i was just having a drink and not ordering. when the drink came she again brought menus and asked what i was ordering. she informed me that she would prefer that we did not stay at the table if we were not ordering food and elaborated on the appetizer menu. I said we would be leaving soon. within 5 minutes she returned with menus asking AGAIN for my order, making a scene loud enough for adjacent tables to hear and look at us. How outrageous. I rarely feel so embarrassed by waitstaff at a restaurant. I understand she wants to make tips but to make a customer feel so disrespected is atrocious. the funny thing is that i was entertaining the idea of purchasing wings but her poor candor in the matter quickly cemented my decision to leave as soon as we finished our drinks. I will not return

Weve come to this place for years and in the beginning, we loved it. The food is still the same, atmosphere is still the same but the service is terrible. Recently we sat at the bar on a Saturday at 3:30 in the afternoon. It was not busy at all. It took several minutes to be approached for our drink order and even longer to be asked if we wanted menus. We had to continuously remind her our drink orders and what food we ordered. We ordered wings and soup. The wings (after her coming to ask us a few times what we ordered) came long after we placed it and the soup never came. We sat for over two hours, ate wings, had a few drinks and no soup. With that being said, the atmosphere is still cozy, the food is still very good. But never come here for a quick bite and drink.

Ive gone a few times while visiting in the area and I enjoy the atmosphere which is along the lines of a classic bar/pub/tavern. Definitely a strong English/Irish stroke to it. The food is good and the beer suits the bill. If you are looking for a true beer drinkers bar where your Guinness is properly poured, this isnt it. Its a hodgepodge of American appetites: the food is good enough for most, the beer is good enough for most, the sports on the TVs is good enough for most, and *thats not a bad thing.* Its good. Go to it. Dont put it up against something its not, just have a good time with family or friends.

I only give this place 2 stars because the service is so bad when i order take. The wings are very good though. I often times order take out, Im always ignored by the hostess (i thought the hostess job was to greet everyone!) and wait staff, the only person that tends to me is some older woman behind the bar counter who seems to always be backed up. I usually spend 15mins waiting on my food everytime even after i order ahead of time. Im about to just start going to Pizza Hut down the street the wings are good here too with BETTER service!

This place has the best wings around, by far. The variety of flavors include mild, hot, suicide, ranch, italian, Chesapeake, bbq, Teryiaki, teryiaki-bbq, garlic-mild, garlic-butter, honey mustard, and sweet&tangy. Other than the wings, they have a fair amount of drafts and good beer selection. The atmosphere is inviting and fun. I recommend this place to anyone within the area, and out-of-towners should visit as well.

Mediocre food, wings are probably some of the better in the area, but the service is horrendous. Wait staff is friendly enough but horribly slow and inattentive. Stood at the bar once for 10 minutes with cash in hand, only to have multiple bartenders make drinks directly in front of me and never take my order.

I called and they confirmed, this is not a hotel and has absolutely no overnight accommodations. It used to back in the day, but no more. They werent particularly friendly about informing me of this either. Id think theyd try to change the name of it then. Right? Oh, well.

Ive been here on multiple occasions and each time I expect the service to improve but its the worst service Ive experienced in the area. The food is decent enough for pub food but not worth sitting at a table or the bar. Takeout is a better option in my opinion.

We drive over 100 miles 3 times a summer just to have their garlic wings! They are the best. We love the atmosphere. We no longer live nearby but tell everyone how good their wings are!!! Youll love this charming place!

To be honest, giving it a review based only on parking and wait. The parking lot is not very big- not sure where youre supposed to park once it fills up. The wait for 7:30 on a Saturday night was 45 minutes. Pass.

Nice place. NO POOL TABLE ANYMORE! Used to be more of a biker bar......bikes still stop but not a rough crowd and that mainly during the day. Food is always consistently good. Nice atmosphere.
