Usually never had a problem with this store until last night around 8:15 p.m. we tried to call in an order to pick up the phone line was busy we tried again busy then we looked up their hours to make sure they werent closed it said 9 p.m. we tried several times and the line was busy so we drove over there and they were open when I was going to place my order I asked the girl behind the counter if the phones were off the hook or if something was wrong with their phone line because it was busy she looked at me then around the area of where the phone may have been because I could not see behind the counter and she looked back at me and said I dont know. How stupid do you think we are I feel that it is terrible business to do to your customers and I will not be coming back after so many years of being a customer I think your business is run very poorly and if I was the owner and had a busy signal before closing time I would make sure I have a nice honest staff the next day. I have been in the food business for over 30 years this is an insult to our industry.

I was greeted by a friendly woman, but she was working the drive-thru, maybe. Ive never worked in fast-food so I dont know what goes on behind the counter. A gentleman with a lazy eye took my order. I politely asked for the number three. He said no. I stared at him. Then he said he was just kidding. I said, "I know." It was awkward and not funny. My order was prepared pretty quickly, but the chicken was terrible. It was dry and looked like it had been sitting under the weird heating lamp for two days. The fries were fine, and the butter biscuit... why do they even give you that at Popeyes? The butter biscuit is disgusting no matter what location you go to. A different lady called my order number and didnt thank me or ask if I wanted ketchup or acknowledge me in any way. The service and the food at this location is lousy, to put it mildly. The dining area is clean enough, but the rest room is appalling. Overall, considering the plethora of dining options in the vicinity, there is no reason to ever stop at this specific Popeyes.

We waited for 1/2 hour for our chicken. Most of the people that came in after us had already left with their orders (about 10). I finally asked about our order, and was told they were waiting for the mild-I could see that there was mild there. Finally they called our number. We got home and the biscuits were missing. I called and asked to speak to a manager, the young lady said she was. I told her about the biscuits and she said shed have them ready for my husband. When he got there they acted like I never called. Weve been going to Popeyes since it opened, and this is the worst experience weve ever had there.

Everything was so chaotic and unorganized! They kept having to pack and unpack meals because they couldnt get them correct. Over charged me twice, tried giving me the wrong food, just simply being ran horribly. The girl taking the orders seemed so miserable having to be there and the manager kept walking around looking like she didnt know what to do. I finally asked one of the girls about my receipt and she was the only one being apologetic about me being over charged. I will not return to this location. My 7.99 chicken cost 16.99!

Too much trouble for not even that good of food. Last time I came they forgot some of my order after they told me everything was in the bag. Then the chicken was under cooked. When I went back to get my order fixed, the manger was a little rude. They only get two stars because the fries are okay and the biscuits are good. The mash potato are gross and should be take off the menu. How do they mess up mash potatos and gravy?

The food was ok but the service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! We stood there for 10 min with nobody in front of us while 6 employees were standing behind the counter socializing. By the time we received our food they messed up our order. I dont recommend anyone eating at this location!!

The lady that took my order. Find the have gloves on and never washed her hands when rich everyones money. Also she seized and just kept on putting chick in boxes. I honestly think this location has a lot of health violations. And should be shut down.
