Para esa bola de wueyes que no conocen de un buen bocadillo mexicano y ponen que no les gustó la comida aquí y que según crecieron en medio de la paisanada pues no crean que son los frijoles de su abuelita. La comida es buena. Precios están bien. Es un taco, un platillo especial. No es de lujo pero que bien me tratan. Me gusta llegar y que me conozcan. Si tu servicio no estuvo bien por que no le dices mejor al servidor, el té hubiera ayudado y aseguró que hubiera hecho lo más posible por que quedaras gratamente satisfecho. Así que no pongan pen-quesadillas. Mejor ven y disfruta que es un lugar que está aquí para servirte. No se anden con payasadas mi gente. El taco está bueno y la chela también!!!! Vente te lo recomiendo....

This was our first time dining at El Faro Restaurant, and it wont be our last. We previously got carry out from here a long time ago, and it was great. But we never think of eating here, because we arent from the immediate area. But I said, "For my birthday, I want to go to El Faro." The food was amazing. The service was a little slow at first, but I will say again...THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! My wife ordered Alambres with AL Pastor for the meat. Ive never heard of this dish before, but she thought it was outstanding. Its some sort of cheesy, meet, vegetable combination on a sizzling fajita platter. I didnt try it because I was already too full from what I had ordered. I chose to get a combination that had a steak, a couple of quesadillas, frijoles de Olla and rice. Oh, I also got huaraches with red sauce and nopales (Mexican cactus). This was some sort of an open faced burrito of sorts, only so much better. When I left the restaurant wanting to throw up, not because the food was making me sick but because I ate way too much. But damn, it was good! For a side note, after we drop her kid off for her first day of school on Thursday, were going over to El Faro restaurant for breakfast. It really was that good.

Chicken Burrito And Rice - Three flies in my food (rice) on three different occasions, time we put a stop to this, this is disgusting. 1 fine, 2 maybe Ill find a way to deal with it, 3? Really?? Its 30 degrees outside, how do you get flies in your building in the first place? This is a little too authentic for me. This is unacceptable, youll never see me again.

The worst ever! Salsa was horrible, raw eggs and the service was unimaginable, they vouched and swore they were the best. Im raised in Chicagos little village neighborhood and used to nothing but the best in Mexican food but this was absolute garbage. If I could give it negative stars I would but I have to keep throwing up. Enjoy!

Amazing food. Great service. One of my go to spots. To the guy who gave one star and said "they need to learn English" and "Service was poor". Everyone there speaks English and Spanish. From the tone of your comment, maybe you had bad service because you were being a dick.
