Really enjoyed our meal! I had the grande quesadilla which was very good and filling! My husband was very impressed with his chimachanga- good portions! Tortilla chips and salsa were delicious. Had taco options but could use more small portion/ lower priced options for families. We still recommend!

By far some of the worst Mexican food Ive had. There is no way that the reviews posted here are real, except maybe the one referencing the cigar shop next door, which indeed has a great selection. El Patron is terrible though, run away as fast as you can!

Very good tacos and enchiladas. Best Mexican I have had in the McHenry area. Great location next to the best cigar shop in Illinois.

The food here is great! I had steak tacos and it was some of the best I had! It was very small, more of a take out place.

Everything spicy and waiter says "oh not spicy" no cheese sauce for chips. The best part about the dinner was the chips.
