OK. I love Chipotle. But its frustrating when you order online show up on time and are asked to wait 6 minutes which ends up being 15. So I ordered online at 3:37pm and soonest available pickup is 4:00pm. Reach at 4 asked to wait 6 minutes. At 4:10 still havent started making my burrito. Didnt end up eating my burrito until 4:17. 40 minutes after Ive ordered. Ive gotten a meal at fine dining quicker than that.

I JUST WENT TO EAT CHIPOTLE BUT GUESS WHAT VERY TERRIBLE FOOD WITH BURN PEPPER AND ONION.VERY BAD BURNING SMELL IN FOOD SO I TOLD LADY WHO WORK THERE AND SHOW FOOD THAT HOW BAD IT WAS.SHE JUST TOLD ME THAT I LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THIS.I DONT THINK SO SHE EXPLAINED ANYBODY. SHE WAS CLEANING TABLES THAT TIME.I AM REGULAR CUSTOMER OF THIS STORE BUT I WOULDNT PREFFER TO GO ANYMORE.VERY BAD FOOD I EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.

This is consistently the skimpiest Chipotle Ive ever been to. 3 strikes, youre out! Ill go to a different store! I got a steak bowl. I counted the pieces of steak, THERE WERE 9!!!!! 9 pieces! How pathetic! My so called "steak bowl" was more like a "rice bowl!" They skimp on everything. Its become obvious to me that this franchise owner is a cheap greedy dbag!

Very less quantities. When you ask for more, they said it will cost you more for extra. I was a regular before they consistently decreased their quantities and their rude behavior towards customers.Not professional at all. I am not going to pay $7 for the quantity and the service they provide. I am done with chipotle...

I love Chipotle. Its affordable and you get a lot of food. Its also delicious. My only gripe is how many calories are in one burrito. I dont like how they give the perception that their food is healthy when their food is extremely high in calories. Regardless its delicious and the hype is real!

I love chipotle but everytime I come here the staff is rude or unfriendly. They just look like they hate life. They give significantly smaller portions than any other Chipotle I go to. Even though this one is on the way from work I will purposely go out of the way to go to the one on Orchard!

Chipotle always sets the bar high for food and service, but this location lacks the service. Im a regular, 1 or 2 times every week, and each time I deal with rude employees who are have bad attitudes towards the customers. I see it in the manager and it must trickle down the chain.

I am a big fan of Chipotle, but this location is terrible. Unfriendly girls on the line and meager portions. AND, the cashier overcharged me and threw my receipt in the trash. I finally got it sorted out with a manager who acted like he was doing me a big favor.

I love this chipotle! They are always busy when I come in, but are super fast so I dont have to wait long. My food is always great! :) Only downside is that the iced tea is usually empty. I dont blame them though cause no one really drinks it haha.

I absolutely love Chipotle, but this is the worst Chipotle Ive ever been too. Shitty service and barely any food in my burrito bowl. Very disappointed in how this store is run, doesnt reflect well on how Chipotle really is.
