UPDATE AT BOTTOM Ive gone 5 times, more than enough opportunities, every time theyve got my order wrong. They would not reimburse or even replace the food. The staff is rude as all hell, Ive come across demons more respectful. Yes if you get your correct order the food is good but not worth risking it. The manager even tried to start a verbal fight with me over the lhone. El faros Is right across the street, better food that comes with respect. If youre feeling lucky, and like to gamble order el pariso drive thru. I recommend a complete overhaul of the locations staff. I have absolutely NO clue how this restaurant is rated at a 3.4. Spoke with a former employee of theirs and explained that if theyre pressured with orders they will intentionally give you a wrong order so they do not have to take the time to make it, with the hopes of no retaliation.

If you actually want good customer service dont go to this place as far as I have ever been able to determine they have never been closed, theyre open 24/7 I went there at 1:45 on Sunday night or Monday morning their sign was lit up as open the whole restaurant was lit up but they refused to serve me I had been going here for at least five maybe six years but will never go back again there is a better place over on villa called La Rosa that I used to go to and recently rediscovered do not go here I settled for crispy pieces of steak in my burrito for longer than I wish I had. I didnt have that problem at La Rosa!!!

That place sucks!!! I wish that I could put a negative - 10 stars on here!!! I bought a burrito there one night and the meat was burnt beyond recognition. I mean it was hard and tasted like charcoal. I felt like the cook knew that the meat was severely over cooked and purposely served that disgusting meat to me. I felt disrespected and quiet frankly I wanted to go back up there and go IN on dude!!!! Ask him can I holla at him and commence to whooping his natural born a** in there!!!! This place sucks to the highest degree and if youre in there now get up and run NOW!!!!!!!!!!

Best Burrito!!! Spent 6 months in Florida, had to come back here for a decent burrito. Spent $15 for a burrito in Key West, it was like someone just learned how to cook and made an attempt. These (El Paraiso) burritos were worth every penny at $7. Should you decide to expand to Florida, you know where you can make money and have the whole chain of islands coming to you (even if you charge $15 in Key West).

worst food ever my mother in law bought some tacos from here and they had worms on it and she threw it away and my sister in law bought an horchata and it had garbage in it thats just nasty as fk they need to have a food inspector check the place out asap. they should fire the stupid young kids that are cooking so if I were u guys I would be careful wat i eat jst a heads up if u go eat at this restaurant

My favorite place for late night cravings in the area. The chimichangas are huge, the tacos are great, and theres a drive thru, so you dont even need to leave your car when you need a fix at 2am. The only downside here is that the wait it usually pretty long for a drive thru business, but the food is great and makes it worth it. Flautas and taco salad are some of my favorites here.

Went yesterday bought a burrito, which was the wrong one In the first place! I got al pastor instead of asada & it was the WORST EVER!!! So greasy with out flavor!!! Also ordered an horchata paid $11 though it was pricey for burrito & horchata!! Worst burrito Ive had, definently last time I ever buy from here!

They always put tomatoes on my burrito despite me asking them not to, but i really dont care. This is the holy grail of mexican food in the whole USA (and Ive been living in Tucson for two years). In AZ, CA, have never found anything like it. I miss this place like hell!

Greatest steak tacos on the planet. Try them with cilantro & onions only. Add cheese if your into that. If you ever get enough of the steak tacos, get the chicken flautas. Steak burritos are really good too. Portions are so large at a great price.

over-priced. Id love to see whats going on in the kitchen because it does seem very clean. burritos are small. no free chips and salsa. no beer. 1 can of soda is more than $1. food isnt even that good. not an authentic Mexican restaurant.
