Last night once again Taco Bell messed up my order. Every time I go there I make it appoint to let them know I am allergic to tomatoes. Last night my son went for me. He told them at the ordering box, and again at the window NO tomatoes my mom is allergic. And once again get home and my food is riddled with tomatoes... This is why I personally dont go to this one anymore. Because they can never get the order right. Well my son learned his lesson as well and will no longer be going there. Not only are they rude when they mess up the order, they dont even try and compensate their mess up. Then again I can see why. For a place that cant get a simple order right. Thy would be losing Hundreds of dollars if not thousands of dollars a month. Considering how much food has to be remade as will. I wouldnt give this place a single star but you have to give it a start to post.

they have messed my order up twice and its not a long order. Chili cheese burrito, and two quesaritos. Instead they always give me a quesadilla. So then you drive back across town and they go "oh sorry" and thats it. they could have at least let me keep the quesadilla for the trouble of driving back and because they screwed it up. Now that quesadilla is in the trash and Im upset. Great place... NOPE

So today i go into taco bell my reciept says my cashier was Vicel A. I had to reorder my 2 meals and 2 fiesta potatoes 4 times before she got it right and then when i look at my reciept she forgot to make my tacos supreme. This is horrible customer service and she needs to be fired

This restaurant cant even make tacos right! Every time my family goes there we order a 12 pack of tacos and they get it wrong 9/10 times. We stopped going to this Taco Bell and now drive across town to the E Johnson location.

Nice place but terrible food. Ive lived here all my life and never had food that each time I ate it, I was on the toilet within 15 minutes of eating it. This is the only restaurant in FDL that dies that to me.

It is always so busy... So many customers turn around because of how busy it is. You could put another Taco Bell next to it and you would still make money
