My experience with Wingstop from beginning to end was dreadful. I knew from the moment I picked up the phone and called in the order I should not move forward with it. My good buddies at work were telling me how great their Wings are and I should definitely give it a shot. I ordered food at 10:40PM, I did not arrive to pick up my food until 11:20. It still was not done, both the male and female cashier looked extremely lost and annoyed with their jobs and life in general. They seemed to be eager to leave work and kept running into the back to eat food. No one even cared to stop and say "Hey sir sorry about the delay, we are just backed up a bit." There was no sympathy at this devilish Wingstop from hell. None whatsoever! We finally got our food and the fries were ice cold, I should have thrown it in the cashiers face at this point I mean if your treating me like Im an inmate on deathrow I should treat you like I have nothing to lose. I ordered a 12 piece half Lemon Pepper and half Louisiana Rub. They failed to properly season these wings, they were cold and old! I have tasted a lot of things on my 23 years on this earth. Victory, great wine, a good bourbon, but after my experience with Wingstop I finally tasted defeat. I would never ever return to this Wingstop in my life nor would I recommend it to anyone.

VERY BAD SERVICE!!!! I ordered from the app with an hot of estimated time of delivery but it didnt arrive in two hours. I called the branch. They asked my name, when no order found on my name, they claimed their phone was down (although they asked if I am Jonathan indicating they received other orders somehow). However the connection came back miraculously as we speak. They asked if I still wanted it, I said, having waited two hours, will I pay for the meal while waiting at least another hour. When they said this is the option or refund, I asked for a number to complain about the branch and requested a refund. Unless the service improved dramatically, DO NOT ORDER from here.. Waste of time and money.

I didnt like this place too much. When I entered the store I looked at the menu and I noticed there pretty much didnt have anything besides Wings and small sides. So I ordered me "12" wings which comes with 2 sauces. Food was ready in about 10 minutes. The chicken was alright but it may have been slightly over cooked. I asked for a hot sauce and had to pay $1.08 for it. They had one of those Coca-Cola machines where they have many different beverage flavors and when I went up to get a drink the girl working said, "you have to wait 10 minutes" did not apologize or anything. I thought they could have been nicer about it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Plenty of other wonderful wings shops in Astoria. Do not waste your time and money on this one. Ordered the 10 piece combo and received a 20-30 minute delivery estimate. An hour and a half later I called to ask where the food was. Guy on the phone was very rude and told me to be patient. After debating cancelling the order for the next 20 minutes it finally arrived. As to be expected the wings and fries were cold. The portion size was comically small for the amount they charged.

Wings, french fries, veggies and dip can all be REALLY good, just not regularly. Wings are often poorly cooked, greasy and salty. French fries are often cold and probably sit under a heat lamp for long periods. The veggies are often rubbery, they can be bent more than 90 degrees without breaking and are obviously going bad. I wish I could order and get consistently good food, but its never the case. Please, clean up your act, because I love your food when its good...

This place really fell apart. You can still kinda get a decent meal but it always comes out different. Either under or over seasoned and same with the "cooking" under or over. The soft drink machine seems like its hard to keep up with. And the punks that frequent this place. They used to have a handle on it a sms staff would ask rude guests to take it down a notch or even ask rowdy guests to leave. Not anymore. None of it is as it used to be.

I have been waiting for a wing stop in NYC and it has finally arrived. It seems that they have gotten over their opening jitters b/c I was served promptly! Also, bear in mind that everything is made to order and fresh(even the fries!!) There will be a wait for your food(10-15 minutes), but it is well worth the wait!!! More pricey that back home, but that is new york for ya!

Placed an order, waited an hour. Had to call them to ask why I didnt get my delivery. Then she tells me, oh we didnt send the guy out yet because its raining. Well why dont you Call me to tell me that!! I Canceled my order but I still got charged. Had to call a couple a days later to get my refund after i talked to someone else. Terrible service.

During our visit in Dubai at a theme park (iMG) which had Wingstop & it was amazing so I guess we were expecting the same type of flavors but this was completely different. I guess we had high expectations & were somewhat disappointed. We had Atomic bomb which was not really spicy (here) & Louisiana which was regular. The staff was great.

Best wings in area lots of seating options, free soda refills, great selection of flavors for wings. Fast and friendly service along with the cool environment inside. I have been there to eat by myself and with 7 friends after a hockey game. Plenty of options for wing combinations if your very hungry or just want to munch on something.

the service is pretty quick and friendly. The wings are not that great. They taste like theyve been sitting out for about 10-20 minutes prior to you ordering them and then just throw sauce on them. Probably good if your drunk and need quick food, but not if youre looking for good wings.

Very slow, ordered my food a 6 piece combo at 2:27pm time stamp on receipt didnt get my food until 2:57pm. The place wasnt crowded at all. No one apologized for the long wait. Will not be going back there. Very unprofessional. Will not be in business long with services like that.

Awesome wings and great fries - might be a little long on the wait for delivery at peak times but its just as easy to pick up. Expect quality meat and great sauces. Also great TVs - me and my boys always chill here for games. Little overpriced but you do get your moneys worth

Its been an entire year and am still Waiting for the Delivery. I placed my order and even then it was 2.5 hours before they realized my order was lost/never sent. I was not going to wait 3 hours for wings. Join me in unoccupying Wingstop!

The wings are always fresh which is a positive but that also equals a little bit of a weight but even the sauces wing is still nice and crunchy sides are good could use some work but over I feel it was worth the money
