Absolutely terrible service. The waitress didnt know her beers, i asked for an ipa, bottled at that, and it took nearly 20 minutes to receive it. I waited for about 10 minutes for a friend, when he was there he had to wait 15 minutes for the girl to come by. When she did she didnt ask if we were ready to order; after being there over half an hour of course we were. When we ordered, his food comes out and my order is wrong. She goes and shows me the kitchen ticket to prove it wasnt her mistake. Yet it was as if I had done a horrible thing for not eating what I didnt order. I waited about another 15 minutes before i gave up and just asked for the tap so i could my single beer. This whole time i have been here longer then an hour with 1 beer. Do not go. Way better places for drinks and food in roswell.

I would rate this place ZERO stars, we arrived and were seated immediately, didnt even open the menus and they already asked us what we wanted to drink and what we wamted to eat, after looking at the menu we placed our order, waited 45 minutes amd the server never checked on us, our food still hadnt arrived and we still didnt know when we would get to eat, i looked for another server to inform them we just wanted to leave amd go somewhere else, we STILL had to PAY for the drink we took maybe 3 sips of, and they apologized but our food was still no where in sight even during the 10 minutes longer it took for our server to get us change for a $5 , never offered to make it right or say oh dont worry about the soda its on us and sorry you are leaving. Nothing at all .

Poor service. I walked in the door and asked to be seated at the outdoor patio seating. The waitress went outside cleaned the table off and never came back to seat us. So after 5 min of standing at the enterance of the place another waitress was notified of our situation. She said that our table was ready but didnt walk us to the table so we walked there to set down. Well after being in the seats outside where on either side of us was other customers being served we sat there un attended to for over 10 minutes. So as the assumption that they didnt care to serve our table we got up and left and on my way out I informed a waitresses of what happened and all she did was say "aww really?". Worst coustomer service I have ever experienced.

We went in on Christmas night to a very packed Hooters in Roswell. The staff did a great job of being nice and helpful in a extremely busy night. The manager Angel Sinclair was a top notch employee and MGR. she was helping all the staff from orders to delivering food to cooking. She had a smile on her face at all times and checked on customers. Just her presence and personality made it a great meal and time. She is one of the best managers I have ever come across in a restaurant and Hooters is lucky to have her. I hope they are treating her good or she will be on to a place that respects all she does for customer service. Thank you

Came in for a late lunch and it was pretty obvious the bartender had no interest in seriving me at all. Took her ten minutes to ask me if I wanted a drink. And once I did, questioned the type of drink I wanted. After sitting there 25 minutes, I asked her for a menu and 15 minutes after that, she still hasnt asked me what I would like to order. Mind you there might have been 7 ppl in the restaurant at the time. Im not sure if it was just this particular bartender but after this experience, Im not going back and I would suggest other African Americans might want to do the same

If you have an order "to go" at this location, be ready to wait at least 30 minutes there. They are extremely slow. Bartenders (plural) always keep themselves busy with something, but never pay attention to the "to go orders", so it is possible that your food is ready but they didnt check it. The staff is horrible. Probably the worst restaurant in Roswell. Try Brookwood Grill across of the street instead. Or Red Lobster, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dreamland BBQ, there are many good options around, on Canton Street, etc. Hooters on Holcomb Bridge must be the worst restaurant around.

Waited about 30 min for food but when I asked, I was told one cook thought it would be funny to put everyones wings in super hot sauce... the 2 cooks got in an argument and they sent the offender home. So 1 cook. I feel bad but if there was better management maybe it would have been better. On the bright side... food came out hot and fresh, food was good, waitress was somewhat attentive. Would have been nice to know of the delay prior to being asked. Manager never stopped over either. Wish I could rate higher than a 3 but it is what It is for "todays visit".

Literally walked in and we had to wait for our table to be cleaned. Then we ordered our drinks and food and we waited at least 20 minutes just to get our drinks. Then the waiter messes up on a drink and blames it on another waiter when it was her that brought the drinks. The waiters explanation for our apetizers taking so long was that the kitchen was backed up. I clearly saw a couple sit like 5-10 after we ordered and they got their food way faster. Awful experience overall. Oh yeah I forgot that we didnt even get our silverware.

Went for Veterans Day on 11/11/2016 with my 89 year old dad. Ww2 and Korean War vet. Waitress didnt come until 15 minutes after we sat down. Waters took 10 more minutes. I ordered wings, breaded but no sauce. Ordered my dad a hamburger. Wings had some awful lemon pepper goop on them but they took 20 minutes to come out so I just ate them. Finally got our bill and the Waitress said my dads burger wasnt free because we ordered the wrong burger. Will never go back to the Roswell Ga Holcomb Bridge location again.

I showed up at 9 pm. All you can eat wings. Its now 10:41 and I only had 10 wings. They claim their busy. I counted the people in inside hooters and their is 16 people. Wings smell and taste like they been left on counter to long nasty gummy and stailed. Not to mention servers attitude is not the best... this by far has been the worst hooters ever. Management no where to be seen. Staff have the BRF aka bitchy resting face. I regret coming here. Walking out.

Sat and waited for 20 minutes for a lackluster waitress to come over with an attitude to finally get our order rolling her eyes and having a little attitude, finally get our food and literally had to ask for silverware....this is chicken wings with sauce...would you think that perhaps it would make it things more complicated to have sauce dripping all over your hands and no napkins/silverware. Ill never be back and Id encourage the same

Horrible experience. Ordered 20 wings to go. Wings were scorched/ burned, blue cheese was warm. They ran out of carrots. Didnt know any of this until I got home. Hostes was too busy talking to know I walked in and the bartender acted like it was inconvenient for her to have to put my to go order in a bag. I love Hooters but this one is just a "clubhouse " for the regulars. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next Hooters.
