Meal was prepared without the use of gloves, which is ok sometimes but the cook wasnt sationary and he was touching too much stuff then he directly touched my omelet. No one greeted me when I first walked into the establishment not did they acknowledge me as I stood directly infront of the counter to pick up my order.

Its right up the street from me so the location is great! The food is always delicious. It could be kept a little more tidy. The service can be a little slow and sometimes they dont acknowledge you right away when you come in, but I expect that here so it doesnt bother me anymore. My go-to Waffle House!

Probably the dirtiest restaurant Ive ever been to. The garbage behind the counters were overflowing and the floors were disgusting. There was a funny smell coming from underneath the counter. The only bright spot was the server (though completely overwhelmed with his job duties) was really awesome.

I sat down at the counter and roaches started approaching & the staff looked at me like I came with a party. 1 of em went under ketchup & the staff picked it up the wired basket and the counter underneath was covered by grease! After killing the pest they actually asked me was I ready to order?!

Did not enjoy anything about this visit. Possibly a new server but similar orders by my companion and myself, came out 5 minutes apart. Both orders were incorrect and my grilled chicken was overcooked, hard and dry. Plus the arctic temperature of the place made it very uncomfortable.

My wife and I walked in and the cook was the only one that greeted us. When we finally got a seat, we felt invisible. No one came over to take our order. After a considerable time, we got up and walked out. Mind you, our server had the time to say hello but didnt.

The service suck but its one waitress I always deal with shes good always on point but some of cooks need more training eating while cooking customer food not right,making waffles,dirty place, just disappointed they need to do better or that place will be closed

Horrible service, called in a to go order and when I got there to pick it up nobody stated they took the order. Very unorganized and after watching them scramble to try to figure it out I decided to leave. Havent went here in years and I see why I stopped going.

The lady who took my order didnt pay attention to me , nor the other customers for that matter. She mixed all of our orders and I spoke very clearly. She was trying to flirt with one of the guys. Do your darn job and get a number on your off time.

Roaches! Roaches! Monster master roaches! Health score is an 80B. If I would have known this before we ordered, I would not have wasted time here. Also the staff was arguing and screaming SAUSAGE. It startled me and my party.

I loved this Waffle House! The nice old lady is so sweet and funny! Its a great place to go and they perfectly cooked my meal! Thank you for the great time! I wish I could have gotten the womans name or a picture with her!
