K-Fusion adds a variety of flavors, textures, and color to Boises Asian fare. I have very little experience with Korean food (my only other consumption of it was in Seattle), so I dont really have a benchmark to compare it to. However, after several visits I have these things to say about it: -The appetizers are inconsistent and, in my opinion, not worthy of consideration -The entrees (both dinner and lunch) are tasty, filling, and dare I say fun. For example, the spicy pork lunch box comes with a myriad of textures alone. From sticky rice, to firm glass noodles, to crispy pickled vegetables. -The service can be hit or miss. At time spot on, and at other times weve waited for our food for an egregious amount of time while other customers (who arrived after us) were already eating. TL:DR - For Boise, this restaurant is a refreshing divergence from the norm, and worthy of a visit.

Went here for lunch, our party was seated immediately and the sever was excellent very helpful and explained the dishes very well, our food was excellent I ordered the beef ribs which were very flavorful with authentic taste and meant was soft and very slightly chewy. We also ordered the dumplings and rice vegetable bowl all were very well made, neatley presented and very flavorful and authentic. Also got the sushi bar. Which was good but not superb. We will be back for sure and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere, everyone was very friendly excellent authentic food and people. P.S. The kimchi was the best weve ever had, and Ive been to Korea 4 times

Let me first say Boise needs more Korean restaurants. The atmosphere has a cool little vibe and the people working here are very nice. I had the belgogi and while it was not the best it was very good. They provide 2 little side dishes and rice but i had to ask for the kimchi. Other Korean restaurants typically come with more side dishes but this was a dish to share with 2 or 3 people. Their kimchi is is really good. Ill be back.

Loved it doesnt quite do justice to my new favorite in town! As an avowed carnivore the galbi caused me to actually drop my sticks and dig in with my fingers, silent... except for moans of pleasure perhaps more suited to other environs. That being said... The staff is friendly, the decor fab and bathrooms clean. Get yer butt down for some ribs... Pronto!

Excellent food. It was my first time being in a Korean restaurant, and the staff was extremely helpful and made suggestions for food without me even having to ask. I can be intimidated by ethnic menus but the waitress could not have been nicer about describing dishes. I cant wait to go back and try more of the menu!

I have been to better Korean restaurants and I wouldnt call this place a bbq and grill coz there isnt a place for it. The soup is horrible but the staff are very friendly, our server let us order a differnt item when we did not like the smell of the soup that we ordered.

I had the time of my life!!!! The people are so nice and took such great care of us, they made sure we were happy the whole time! The food was AMAZING and the karaoke machine was the best! The place was a chill setting and was calm, we felt right at home!

First of all, the food was great! Korean ribs were to die for. They should make it into a jerky flavor. Friendly service, clean, and a great value! Waitress went above and beyond and also made our 3 year old her own drink and helper chop sticks. 5 stars!

Best Korean food in town. Atmosphere is great because it is nice and quiet, perfect for having a dinner over which people can have a nice conversation. Wait staff is of the finest calibre, and deserves recognition for outstanding performance.

Well ... if youre Korean, dont eat here. The panchan is just sad. Non existent. I had the tofu chigae and it had good flavor, but lacked the egg. No veggies. Really basic fare. Service was good. Wont be returning tho.

Their food is so good, weve tried a few different dishes and each one was awesome. The only thing I wouldnt recommend was the fried rice--only because it was boring. Everything else was truly awesome. Must try!!

Its good, not the best in town but still close to the real deal and fairly good on price. The pan chan could be more fresh at times including the lunch I. Wish they served more than a few authentic dishes too.

Very quaint hole in the wall but very good food. I had the stone pot rice with spicy pork and veggies and tofu. Kim chee is homemade and very good. Excellent choice for Korean food in Boise.

Rented out the place for a birthday party and had an excellent time! Sang karaoke, drank delicious sake, and had great service. Will definitely be returning to this little gem.

Food was good. However it was very noisy and annoying because a bunch of loud kids were talking and laughing VERY LOUD!! The owner and waitress didnt do anything about it.

I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH ITS MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME. If youre into kpop this is definitely the place to go. Food is absolutely amazing, and the service is great.

K Fusion is excellent and one of the better Korean spots in Boise. The spicy pork lunch box is the way to go. Ask for red gochujang sauce to put on the pork/rice.

Send like authentic Korean. I had the spicy pork japchae and it was super good. I think next time though I will just get spicy pork because it was SO good!

Great food! Beef bulgogi and chicken teriyaki were both really great. Some of the best food Ive had in Boise so far.

I dont recommend the Corn Cheese Hot Plate. Other than that the food was good and the hostess was nice.
