We went in Sunday after church to celebrate a family members birthday. We had a large party (11 people) so naturally the wait was a bit longer than usual which is understandable. Once we were seated our wairless took our drink orders and shortly brought our drinks. But we had no menus to look at to make a decision on what to order. So we waited... and waited... and waited.... until we needed our drinks to be refilled then she realized that we needed menus. We the recieved our menus and waited... and waited. .. until finally she took our orders. After taking our orders we waited and other 30 minutes for food which isnt terrible but longer than usual. Food arrived and was good. After eating we waited some more for our desserts to be brought out as a fewof us ordered the three course meal deal. Then we waited for our check. Which took a long time our waitress just seemed to disappear. Long story short we arrived at the restaurant at 12:45 after church we didnt get to leave until 2:10 thats just how slow the service was. The restaurant wasnt crowded the staff just didnt seem to much care that all of the customers were waiting extended periods of time for the service. This was our second visit to Ruby Tuesdays and most likely our last. I dont know about you but I dont have 2 and a half hours to eat lunch.

Poor customer service!!!! The server was new but it took him over 30 mins to get water to the table and he still wasnt the one to bring it. We had to go to hostess stand fora drink of water and ask for condiments to be replenished on the salad bar. Needless to say it wasnt the best experience he never pre-bused the tables nor was there basic items like Caesar dressing on the salad bar and most of the containers were empty. Also, there were dirty plates on the supposedly clean dish wear for customers to eat with. They had dirty brown stains on the plates and food particles which made me lose my appetite. Definitely, dont remember this from The Mall of GA location which is now closed. Maybe this one should be closed too, drove all this way for a horrible experience and had a gift card for birthday and hated the whole thing. I cant see how you can mess up SALAD and H2O???? Totally not recommending this restaurant to anyone at All!!!! I repeat dont buy anyone a gift card for this place it will be a huge disappointment!!!

It was dirty. It took 45 minutes to get APPETIZERS and 2 meals to a table of 6. I almost walked out while waiting. When my dinner was delivered it was cold. It was not cajun pasta it was more like tex mex pasta. This place suffers from a 90s menu with 2018 prices. I went here because I thought it would be less expensive than the steak house across the street I was wrong. $12 for a hamburger with a handful of fries? Seriously? I should add we were there 2 hours before they close. And the 6 of us only had drinks, 1 appetizer sampler,2 meals,and a plate of fries. 45 minutes for our food. Cold food. So yeah. There was an obvious reason on a Saturday night not 5 minutes after the outlets closed (this location is in an outlet mall parking lot) the place was empty. We should have turned and walked away. So I give you this warning if you like cold food, an unclean sneeze guard on your salad bar,and a 45 minute wait to eat your appetizer head on in. If not there are plenty of places around.

I can honestly say I very much regret choosing to stop here. I finally get a day off work and Im just looking to avoid stress and just unwind with local food and a little alcohol. When I approached the bar the female bartender seemed to be overly suspicious of me, I didn’t particularly see a reason why. I’ve never had a problem with my ID before (Im 27), but the woman called for her manager, The manager grilled me in an unprofessional and honestly embarrassing manner, he seemed to be stubbornly set on his incorrect opinion that my ID was fake (it was not). It honestly wouldn’t even be that big of a deal if he wasn’t so rude and aggressive about it and embarrassed me in front of other guests. I even offered 3 other forms of ID and he still claimed I was “clearly under 21” (the license even dictates that I was only underage til 2010). My suggestion would be to hire more professional and competent staff. I will never eat here again and will suggest to others to avoid it as well.

Weve been here a few times and its never been spectacular, but this last visit was our last. We went in before the lunch rush and the restaurant was nowhere near busy. We were told by the host that it would be a fifteen minute wait. I wanted to know why and was given this long drawn out explanation of wait staff to table ratio. Ok...Im not a rocket scientist, but perhaps it may be advantageous to hire more waiters??? My husband ordered off the menu and I just got salad bar. The quality for the price does not match up and I dont particularly like having to dig through plates at the salad bar to find a clean one. There is also very little to choose from on the salad bar for the price. it would be nice to have a few more options for cold mixed salads or perhaps a soup choice. For the price I dont think that would be too much to ask.

Horrible service. Waited over an hour for food and server told us they were still working on the order. Tried to leave and just pay for our drinks and rubbery cold stale appetizer and could not get a manager to show up. Had to go to the front of the restaurant to find someone. Floors and tables dirty. Smelled like dirty nasty dish water.

Unfortunate experience. The server disappeared, had no answers, said he would get answers but never gave until we had someone go to find him! The food was truly bad after a long wait in spite of the fact that there were relatively few customers. Dont waste your time or money. Many other places to enjoy.

Just recently it was my first time dinning at this resturant location- I was visiting from out of town and I was so impressed. My server was very thoughtful and attentive and we received our food very quickly. If I am ever in this part of Georgia again, I will definately revisit this pleasant resturant.

Fantastic service!!! The new salad bar is pretty good but overall we were impressed with the customer service here!! We did have an issue BUT it was quickly resolved...our server, Chase, was wonderful! the manager MiMi (I dont know if I spelled it right) was quick to apologize as well.

Usually a good place to eat, today the price of the soup and salad werent worth it. The broccoli soup was warm not hot over salty and the broccoli wasnt done, the salad bar was a mess and the waitress had an additude. Their service has really gone down hill in recent years.

75% of the tables were dirty. The hostess did apologize, but it was 3:30 on a Tuesday. The parking lot and flower beds were also littered with trash. Food was ok, even though I was out of water almost the entire meal. I also had to go find my waitress for the check.
