Had Popeyes once before in Maryland, it was ok, I wasnt impressed. When they were comming to Scranton, everyone was making such a big deal about it. I wasnt very interested in trying it again. Well, I decided after a month of them being open, to give it a try. Got chicken tender meal. I waited a few minutes at the drive thru window, I assumed I was waiting for fresh food. Got home, opened the box, and was disappointed as I looked at the pile of soggy fries. Still wanting to try it, took a few bites. Fries: like rubber, chicken: rubber, like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for a few hours. On to the famous buscuit, saturated in butter. The only good thing was my sweet tea, and that wasnt even that good.

The food is good when they can get your order correct, so when I went back through the drive thru and explained what happened I also ordered a small side. The employee at the window took my money and had no clue as to the order mistake, she returned with my small side hands it through the window with no bag and no utensil just the container I asked about the biscuit and dipping sauce looking at me like I had three heads. I was so pissed I drove off without the biscuit. If someone is going to help in drive thru put a headset on so you have a clue as to an issue and teach them how to use bags for orders

The hot wings was raw on the inside, im torn up. I love popeyes... i use to live in allentown it was always done rite, im scared of getting sick from raw chicken, a part of me wish i went to crown chicken instead. I will heat it up on my own at work later... get people that give a damn on the job, you might want to work next week... just saying workers have some pride.

I mean its okay when they get your order correct. The chicken is a little greasy and if they do get your order correct the biscuit is always burnt... I love Popeyes chicken but this isnt Popeyes chicken I am giving it three stars because its better than KFC in Scranton pa.... other than that meh

Had a run-of-the-mill mediocre experience, followed by a slightly baffling second trip. We were told we couldnt order shrimp po boys because "the machine is broken." Not sure what machine allows them to make every other deep-fried thing on the menu except shrimp, but OK.

Popeyes in Scranton PA, is the best thing that has come to Scranton I love everything from there hot biscuits, delicious fresh Cajun rice and but of course that world famous chicken!!! Stop by today and try it for yourself you bet i "love that chicken from Popeyes"

Slow service always having to wait 5-10 mins for chicken. Dont they make money off chicken why do I have to wait every single time for chicken tenders. And the people have attitude and get the order wrong every time.

Service is terrible here the last 2 times I went I waited forever and both times were missing something from my order. Managers are also no help and very cocky! IF I ever eat popeyes again Ill drive to Wilkes Barre!

Not bad, though they messed up my order, but a bonus to me as I had a few extra biscuits with my meal. Hadnt a clue this even existed until I googled it. Nice to see they finally brought one closer to home.

"Spicy" Chicken was absolutely tasteless, dinning area was a mess with every table dirty, the workers were fighting with each other. And now I have a stomach ache. Theres eight bucks Ill never see again....

I came to this resteraunt from out of town and I was disturbed how unprofessional management behaved. They shame the Popeyes name. I will stick to the one in my area... never again!
