Been here twice. 1st time had a plate of food dropped in my face. Causing a glass to break and actually nicked my face. This time I called yesterday to see about setting a reservation. Was told they dont take reservations but would have to call ahead depending on how busy they were. Got here was told 35-40 minute wait. Have been here for an hour. Other parties entered in the system have as 5 people non-call ahead. And were set in half the time ahead of us. This was supposed to be a business event for hitting sales goal. I will not be bringing business or personal business back. I was told it be another 15-20 minutes. Meaning waiting would be almost a hour and 30 minutes. Update 1: Not even done with dinner been here 2 hours 20 minutes and again had PLATES of food dropped on me this time. No joke. Thats the reminatents of the food being cleaned up after I went to the bathroom to clean up. Update 2: The manager was super nice listened to the entire "experience" outside away from customers. Promptly took care of the applicable bill (minus the drinks by law).

Worst dining out experience Ive had in YEARS. The staff was rude, we had to wait 45 minutes just to get our food. When part of the dinner was incorrect and I told the lady who brought it, she was EXTREMELY rude about it. We were stunned at her attitude. I cant remember ever waiting so long for a meal. Then we asked for a side of Teriyaki sauce and it was ridiculous how much was brought - literally about 1/4" in a small container, so we asked for more and was again brought this tiny, tiny amount. Our family will NEVER go to this restaurant again. I was praying the manager would come around to ask how the meal was but apparently he was smart enough to stay in the back most of the time and ignore the customers. I eat out a lot and just cant say enough about how bad this experience was. Stay away.

Love this place! Single couple, or family. My DH and I really enjoy going to Longhorn. We only live minutes from this location, and can even smell the steaks grilling when the dampers are opened up! Ooohhhh, talk about making your mouth water!!! Easy parking, including some handicap spots. Call-ahead seating helps on the weekends or during busier times during the weekdays; theres still a wait but not as long. Comfortable seating. Really like the decor. Never get tired of looking around; always seem to find something we didnt notice during previous meals. DH and I have ordered the Porterhouse Steak Dinner for Two a few times and is always cooked to perfection!

Stopped in for lunch. Ordered the lunch combo with fried chicken breast sandwich, and soup. Sandwich came out looking like a slider with a chicken finger. I guess I missed the fine print. $9 bucks for a half sandwich?? Mgr let me know that even burgers are half portion when ordering the lunch combo. My bad for missing this on the menu. Still $9 bucks for slider size sandwich. And, no, soup or salad doesnt make it worth it. Waitress seemed annoyed by me, and Mgr was the bare minimum of service. I left after paying for my beer. Didnt have time to wait to see what full sandwich portion looked like. Bottom line.. Pricey for what you get.

I eat here about twice a month and i have never had a bad experience!! My usual server Lauren, Is one of the sweetest and most attentive people i have ever met. Shes very kind, professional and bright, and she always brings out extra condement and makes sure our food arrives hot and drinks refilled constantly! The service in this place is something you would expect of a 4 or 5 star resteraunt and the food is exceptional! All in all i would recommend this place to anyone who just wants a good meal, ( Especially a good ol steak medium rare!) weather it be with family or just a nice night out with good food and good company!

Usually I have a great experience here. Today was an exception. I was seated next to a table the manager was using to counsel some waitress/lead about an incident that occurred earlier. Yes, it was 4pm, before the dinner rush. However, the person that got my table should have never used that table. Very poor management move - makes me wonder about other things being overlooked. Steak was good but maybe proceed a little high for the quality. Definitely not a Jeff Ruby, but much better than Ponderosa. I always get the Wild West Shrimp.

I have dinner here evert few weeks and have yet to have a bad meal. I am usually extremely happy. The service is usually quite good as well, with perhaps the occasional slowness during some of the busier times. There is usually an hour wait, though, on Saturday for dinner hours. Definitely call ahead to be put on the waiting list. I have now had the opportunity to have lunch here a couple times. Stay away! Service is terrible and they are terribly disorganized. The food is still good but not nearly as good as dinnertime.

Not family or large party friendly. Very disappointed we have had wonderful experiences in many other Longhorn restaurants. Our group was told by the manager we would have a 2-2.5 hr wait even if we separated into smaller groups this was after we waited over 20 minutes already. Groups of 4 who came in after us were told 35 minutes. Clearly they were not interested in our money or business. Hope someone decides on new management. City BBQ right behind them was AWESOME!!!

The food was great we had the porterhouse and mac and cheese but obviously the star of the show was the waitress emma i liked when she took our order but loved when she walked away emma you got a great future behind you ;) Update: sadly emma j was only working at this longhorn for New years

Wasnt the greatest glass of water had something in it I didnt get the steak I ordered wife got it . Wife complained got five dollars off order but food was not the greatest for the price. Server was nice and apologized for mix up but think food should be better for price they charge

The food was consistent with every other time Ive been to a Longhorn (its good, especially the Wild West Shrimp). The service was a little bit slower than normal, but I havent experienced that the other times Ive been to this location, so it must have just been that night.

One of the best restaurant experiences I have had. Service was outstanding, food was perfect and delicious. No wait. There are absolutely no complaints, except how I am gonna roll out of here from being too full of great food. Im rolling with a smile. :)

Once again. Fantastic Steak & super fresh salad. Dont complain if you buy the cheapest steak on the menu & it doesnt taste like delicious Cowboy Ribeye I had! Tip: call ahead to get on waiting list for busy times.

Excellent restaurant! the service is outstanding! the food is perfect! the atmosphere is remarkable! and with plentiful of alcohol at hand you can even bring your inlaws for a wonderful dinner!

First time I went here the food was not that great but had a good waitress. The second time I went the food was good but had a lousy waitress. I don t think I will visit this location again.
