We were excited to try this place .. and it was a trainwreck. The server was new and that was understandable. I told him its fine that he didnt know the menu or any questions we had. However the food was horrible! My sister had the Cajun boil and her corn was frozen and seafood flavorless . She didnt even touch the frozen broccoli it came with. I ordered the "crispy tofu" which came in huge chunks that were spongy inside. We also had the mussels bucket. The smell of the mussels were awful as well as the taste so they definitely got sent back! The shrimp platter came with 14 jumbo shrimp that were good. Half were fried regular and half tempura Im guessing. Corn was offputing . Hush puppies yuck! Fries were decent. We also ordered the special that was a $18 pitcher of margaritas that they did not have enough tequila to make so we took the pitcher anyways and got it at a discounted price which was okay with us. However with all that being said I really wanted to like this place but after shelling out $60 for all of that it was very frustrating . Few tips for management: possibly look into someone shawdowing new waiters . Improve the menu selection/understanding (even waiter and waitress complained about it being confusing) . Improve the taste and quality of the food. Also maybe look into just sticking to burgers and Japanese food? Good luck

Ice Burger Bar has potential. The menu is unique with Asian, Cajun and Burger items to choose from, although I wouldnt consider it "fusion". Our server was not experienced and had few answers for questions, even basic ones like if they had a full bar or just wine and beer. We ordered a Cajun crab legs and shrimp boil and a burger with side salads. The salads were embarrassing, a paper bowl full of iceberg and a couple tomatoes. The boil came out well seasoned and only slightly over-done. We had to ask for normal accompaniments, like a cracker and butter for the crab legs. The Cajun corn side was included in the boil and was delicious. The burger was a little over cooked (ordered medium rare and received medium) but had a really good flavor. The toppings were just okay, the roasted garlic was crunchy and the bacon too dry. We did not order dessert, but did see some interesting and delicious looking ice cream treats being delivered to other diners. Overall, they need to work out a few kinks with items on the menu and continue training the staff. Well likely give them anther shot in a month or two.

This is our third visit and the food remains consistently ok, the facility clean, and service slow even when not busy. Whether when weve been with a large group or with just 3 of us, from time we wait to be greeted to getting our food of burgers, its so slow. And when the order finally came, it was missing the side dishes, had the wrong toppings and the burger was cooked wrong. This visit we had the misfortune of being sat at the booth by the server station where each one would hang their arm over our booth while using the computer, which had the effect of putting their armpit about 7-8inches from my face. The one who was a smoker added to the ambience by showing us her armpit and sharing her smoke odor. When we received our bill and were overcharged, we asked to see the manager. Jimmy came to the table and had no response when we asked him to correct our bill since we had no patience left after all the errors our server and the kitchen had made and how long we had waited for everything. He showed no interest in any of the problems and offered no remedy. This will be our last visit.

There were very few people in the restaurant on a Tuesday night. My waitress was young, friendly, and helpful. The overall food was just ok. Onion Rings had no taste until I salted them. Same with the oily green beans. The mash potatoes I would have totally believed if someone said they were yesterdays. I got the steamed crawfish and snow crab. I got the hottest seasoning they had and was very good but not so hot to me. Both the crawfish and snow crab were over cooked and/or old. They were out of raw oysters. I was hoping for a lot better based on other reviews. Update: Visited there again 6/30/17 The food was much better but we had a problem ordering the food, getting something we didnt order, and getting charged for double drinks that we didnt order. Asking for their hottest sauce somehow got construed to asking for hot sausage (we didnt order). We did get some of it straightened out but not all of it. That was probably my last visit.

My wife and I went to eat here recently. The place looks clean. The food was rather bland. The server didnt have a clue. We asked if the Japanese Noodle Chicken was teriyaki flavored and she said yes. It ended up being just regular chicken. When we asked about what kind of vegetables came with our other meal she said "lots of different ones".... I mean, what kind of answer is that? The lemonade we received was basically water flavored. The staff was definitely poorly trained. I did receive a big plate and it was plenty at reasonable prices. But the food wasnt great, and service was poor. I probably will not go back here. I live about 5 minutes from here.

Everything was so good and Im very happy that theres a local place thats fun, trendy and great food. We ordered burgers, wings, shrimp fried rice and snow crab legs. Everything was fresh, seasoned well. These people are not stingy at all when it comes to portions or condiments. For dessert we ordered the hibachi ice cream roll, which was our first time and it was cool to watch them make it and very delicious. Will be back!!

A good menu and a nice location. I had the vegetable udon and it was very fresh. My kids enjoyed the hibachi ice cream. The menu is diverse and includes burgers, Asian cuisine, and seafood. The waiter was new but he was nice. There are 4 kids meals also for ages 11 and under.

This place is good. Coming from Florida, I can say this is the closest thing to fresh seafood as you can get in North Ga. Burgers are VERY GOOD. This is my 2nd time getting the oysters and theyre COLD!! My new favorite place on Loganville.

Absolutely awesome!!! The food and service was EXCELLENT!! Im not sure what form of marketing they use; but, EVERYONE should know about this place!!! The establishment is very family friendly. They even have games to keep kids engaged.
