Okay so lets just say you ordered something based off of the price you see advertised on the BK menu, You have your ordered repeated and everything sounds okay! Then you get to the window and they tell you something completely different. They even argue with you on what you know you saw advertised on their menu. No problem, just return my money for a full refund. So they tell me "OHHH yeah we cant because the person that originally rung up your order has just clocked out???" WHAT! that makes no sense at all. I respond with "Well I did start drinking on the drink so you can take off the drink from my refund if that will make it easier". Nope they not only charged me for my drink but they dont even refund my money for the food that I now no longer have. How dumb and incompetent could you be??? Oops never mind thats why they are working at Burger King in the first place. All is forgiven LOL! Burger King next time hire someone not on the Welfare to work program.

The question is what did I like about it. I like the fact that I was able to drive away the customer service is so horrible Im not understanding how in the world this story gets a 98 a average there is absolutely no way I got to the drive thru SAT there no one responded I thought it was closed after the third time of me saying hello some lady came on with an attitude and said quote just a second unquote absolutely rude then when I got to the window look at me as if I was the one with the problem it was not busy no one was in line no one was in the store I just dont understand it Burger King has a reputation of making great burgers but the customer service of this place and the cleanliness of this place is absolutely horrible they need to do something about it. If you are unhappy with your job then let someone else have it so that they can be able to greet customers the way they should be greeted

Getting ready to go on a long-distance roadtrip and figured wed stop by Burger King for food. Stopped by at 7 on a Sunday because everywhere else was serving breakfast and nobody in the car can stomach breakfast food. We get there and theyre open, but they wont take our order because "We dont open until 7:30". When we finally get our order taken, they tell us that it will take 45 minutes to make our food. We sat there waiting for them to take our order for HALF AN HOUR and then they tell us that we have to wait for a total of an hour and fifteen minutes to get food. Ridiculous.

I ordered my son some chicken nuggets and 2 cups of water. The person on the Mic repeated me when I said 2 cups of water. When I get to window the Mgr Maria had my sons nuggets in a bag out the window and was attempting to give me 2 cups of water in a small plastic cup with ex large lids on it. I asked if she could put them in a cup with a lid and and she said no and tried to charge me smh. I will never return and I encourage you not to either, poor customer service

Extremely slow service. Took 15 minutes for a Dollar cheeseburger and fries. The Customer in front of me, who had been waiting since before I placed my order, asked for something for the ridiculously long wait. He was answered with an eye roll, the employee turned away and said there was nothing she could do there were other people ahead of this customer. No customer service skills.

MAN THIS WAS STRAIGHT TRASH. I SPENT ALMOST 10.00 AND NONE OF MY FOOD WAS HOT OR TASTING GOOD.BUT IT WAS STALE COLD AND OLD . MANGER TELLS ME IT WAS COOKED TOO ORDER THAT WAS A LIE THAT FOOD HAD BEEN SITTING FOR AWHILE. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.THAT JUST HAVE ME ANOTHER REASON WHY I DONT IT BURGER KING ANY WAY. Got a double whopper. By far the worst thing I have ever eaten. Man I wanted a hamburger so bad. The meat had tasted like they boiled it in water. Took two bites and threw it in the trash. Service was bad but would have been overlooked if burger was anywhere near eatable. Fries were good. Never will I return to this location.

Second day in a row at Burger King I love their coupons to staff with amazingly friendly very very quick service. A nice bright large dining room I love this restaurant in Conyers its one of the oldest and its just one of my favorite places to eat highly recommend Burger King in Conyers.

I ate there 2 days ago, after a few hour I got sick started to throw up and I went to the doctor and they said I got Amoebiasis its a parasite I got from this fu***** burger king, Ive been having nausea and couldnt eat for 3 days costing me $350 doctors visit and 3 days of pain.

Twice we told the cashier we wanted a ice coffee with our order then when we got the order no iced coffe. Ok the 2nd girl had to add it and make it. Gave it to us and it was the col o milk and tasted like suger and milk. Where was the coffe? Sigh. I went to Starbucks

Best customer service ever. Was greeted with a smile. The cashier Ladurias had a great hospitality. He is a great worker,very nice,and friendly. Thanks to him I would be returning to Burger King.

Clean, friendly and hard working. They didnt walk but skipped and jogged when they had to take food outside. Bathroom was clean. Overall it was a nice place with an open play area for kids
